Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Vorrichtungen zum Strahllaeppen von Werkstuecken. Ziel der Erfindung ist eine Erhoehung der Produktivitaet beim Strahllaeppen von Werkstuecken bei einmaligem Einspannen. Die Vorrichtung fuer das Strahllaeppen besteht aus einer Arbeitskammer, einer Vorrichtung zum Einspannen der Werkstuecke, die die Form eines Drehtisches hat, und einer Schwingvorrichtung mit einem Satz Duesen (ein Paar), die in ihren Halterungen so befestigt sind, dass sie im rechten Winkel zu den Waelzachsen dieser Halterungen angeordnet sind. Dabei befinden sich die parallen Waelzachsen in der gleichen Hoehe wie die Tischoberflaeche, waehrend die Duesen kreisfoermig angeordnet sind. Mittelpunkt dieses Kreises ist die Drehachse des Tisches. Die Duesenmitten sind auf dem Kreisbogen um jeweils 90 Grad versetzt.The present invention relates to devices for the jet lapping of workpieces.
