The invention relates to a method and a device for discharging aerosols in long ranges, especially in animal sheds, greenhouses and the like.
Nachteilig hierbei ist die geringe Leistungsfähigkeit, die einen zuCharacteristic of the known technical solutions · The disinfection and immunization in closed rooms has a wide field of application. The finest distribution of germicidal aerosols is intended to make objects and the air germ-free. The devices used in medicine have - due to the field of application - only small ranges in the application of aerosols. Another field of application of aerosols is the control of fungal diseases in plants, especially in greenhouses. In contrast to spray disinfection, the finest nebulas are to be produced here and these are retained in suspension form for a longer period of time. For the purpose of air improvement or insect control pressure vessel are known in which the aerosol is pressed by pressure through a nozzle, atomized and carried by the additional compressed air in the room. Larger devices are portable on the back and have either pressure cylinders as propellant or small combustion engines to generate the air flow. These devices are mainly used in orchards. This can be a fine mist generated and also far away. The disadvantage here is the low performance, the one to

hohen Zeitaufwand verursacht, wenn große Rinderställe, Gewächshäuser und dergleichen damit desinfiziert werden sollen.high time spent when large cattle sheds, greenhouses and the like to be disinfected with it.
Larger cross-sections of the atomizer nozzles lead to larger drops or unacceptably high compressed air requirements. Accordingly, several nozzles must flow in a carrier air flow in order to achieve the necessary atomizing power. For example, in DE-OS 2 33 ^ 515 a nozzle arrangement is shown, in which centric 4- nozzles are arranged in the air duct. A fan located behind it will further feed the atomized liquid. Here arises a very different droplet spectrum u. a. by a too large swirl in the carrier air flow, and the larger
Drops fall out soon and there is a liquid over the device around. The range is also insufficient. There are also nozzle arrangements one above the other in Zerstäuberoffnungen in reverse droplet form known. These devices have the disadvantage that the first zone overdosed, the second zone is correct and the third zone is underdosed. The excess in the first zone means wastage of the expensive aerosol and harmful side effects and the underdosing in the last zone insufficient germ killing.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to provide an aerosol with a fine and uniform droplet spectrum and to discharge this far and homogeneous.
DieDISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The technical object is to prevent the inertia of the atomised aerosol droplets from combining them in the carrier air stream to form larger droplets and, secondly, that the fine droplets of aerosol are preserved in their shape and do not evaporate, so that they can be vaporized precipitate on the surfaces around which they flow and become effective there for the purpose of disinfection. It can be achieved by suitable means that, on the one hand, the aerosol is discharged at high speed in order to achieve large eeichweiten, and on the other hand, the aerosol is given a moderate acceleration, so that the fine in the mass unavoidable deviating droplets due to their different inertia not reunite

In diesen sich erweiternden RingraumFan generated air flow in a tube, is divided by a tapered, centrally mounted in this tube insert so that the flow core has a much higher flow velocity than the core surrounding the air ring. In the annulus concentric nozzles are attached, which produce a fine aerosol. Both the core and the surrounding air ring are guided by paraxial guide devices and thus discharged in a laminar flow. The slower outer airflow is able to degrade, absorb, and carry on the aerosol mist without the droplet spectrum. Since both flows are brought together again after leaving the guide, there is a gradual acceleration of the aerosol-carrying air flow, and there is a mixing and equalization of the speed. The Du.rchführung of the method serving device consists of pipe material, at the end of a fan is mounted. At a certain distance from the fan is centrally located a tapered funnel in the pipe jacket. At the small diameter of the funnel v follows an equal-sized tube, which has parallel guide channels over the entire cross section, which may be round, rectangular and honeycomb-shaped .. Due to the taper of the funnel enters an extension of the outer annulus. In this expanding annulus
Die Zerstäuberdüsen sind über einen Verteilerring mit der Druckluftleitung und über getrennte Flüssigkeitszuleitungen mit dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter" verbunden.a .achsparallele guide is installed, whose outer diameter corresponds to the inner diameter of the tube shell and whose inner diameter is greater than the outer diameter of the innen.Aledführung. There remains thus a ströraungsfreier annular space between the outer and inner guide. The guide means are axially offset from each other, and.such that the inner guide is advanced relative to the outer guide. The arranged in the outer annulus atomizer nozzles open in front of the end of the inner tube, but behind the housing. The atomizer nozzles are connected to the compressed air line via a distributor ring and to the liquid container via separate liquid feed lines.
Der Vorteil dieses Verfahrens besteht darin, daß der paralleligerichtete Luftkern eine hohe Geschwindigkeit, und damit eine große Reichweite erzielt, während derThe advantage of this method is that the parallelled air core achieves a high speed, and hence a long range, during the
The gradual deceleration of the air core results in the expansion of the air, encountering the annular aerosol-carrying slower outside airflow and accelerating it gradually so that no droplet enlargement occurs.

Die Aerosolaustragung erfolgt folgendermaßen:The aerosol discharge takes place as follows:
The aerosol produced in known manner by the atomizing nozzles 3 & min;, each atomizing nozzle 3 being fed through a separate liquid supply line 9 which is guided through the guide, is taken up by a slow stream of air which is diverted and thereby slowed down by the main stream. by expanding its flow cross-section. This air flow is in the guide 8, which has the same structure as the guide 7 »parallel and flows around the" nozzles 3 · The remaining air flow, ie, the greater proportion of the total air flow is merged and accelerated by the conical insert 5 to a narrower cross-section The flow is directed parallel in the subsequent tubular guide 7. The nozzles 3 are arranged so that their mouth lies behind the housing 1 and in front of the mouth of the tube 6. Between the two flows there is a flow-free space 10 in a short area By reducing the speed, a gradual expansion of the two gas streams takes place, so that only the slower aerosol-air mixture flows into this space and then the air charged in the flow core with higher energy spreads and thus touches the outer air ring with the aerosol and gradually accelerates Acceleration does not cause the fine aerosol droplets to fuse together, and the mixture becomes more and more homogeneous as it continues to mix and is carried far out. Depending on whether surface or air disinfection or immunization is to take place, the drop size is varied through the nozzles.
