Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung granulierter Wasch- und ReinigungsmittelProcess for the continuous production of granulated detergents and cleaners
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a process for the continuous production of granulated detergents and cleaners in fluidized bed apparatus, in which liquid detergent substances on powdered builders, optionally with the addition of powdery detergent substances, after mixing for granulation, preferably at temperatures between 10 and 100 0 C, to be sprayed ·
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
Während des pneumatischen Mischprozesses werden die pulverförmigen Gerüstsubstanzen mit den waschaktiven Substanzen besprüht ·It is known to prepare detergents by spraying liquid washing-active substances onto the pulverulent builders in pneumatic mixing devices. The pulverulent builders are either premixed in a mixer and then fed to the pneumatic mixing device, or supplied continuously from reservoirs individually. During the pneumatic mixing process, the pulverulent builder substances are sprayed with the washing-active substances.
The water contained in the detergent substances must be bound by the powdery builders as water of crystallization or vaporized by heated air.
In the known pneumatic mixing process, all powdery builders customary in the detergent industry can be used, but special requirements are placed on their physical-chemical parameters. In order to avoid inhomogeneities of the final products, scaffolds with approximately the same bulk densities and particle size distributions are used, most of which are produced by spray drying.
According to DE-AS 1283427 commercial detergents contain about 40 - 50 % pentasodium triphosphate, which hydrates with the water used with vigorous evolution of heat to hexahydrate. The formation of the hexahydrate takes place in phase II-containing pentasodium triphosphate (particle size fraction less than 0.2 mm => 30 %), however, only after leaving the mixing device, so that a longer maturation time is required. Here are due to the heat generated thermally unstable detergent ingredients such. B. decomposes sodium perborate. The consequence of this is a deterioration of the bleaching ability. It is known that to avoid these difficulties pentasodium triphosphate with about 40 to 80 wt. % Phase I and a bulk density of 550-700 g / l is used in air vortex mixers resulting bonds of the individual grains to granules are relatively weak, so that the end products have low mechanical strength. On the other hand, it is known (SÖFW-102, 3g, 8/76, pp. 205-208) that the use of pentasodium triphosphate is possible when the water contained in the liquid raw materials is evaporated by hot air. A disadvantage of this process is that when using 40-50 % of pentasodium triphosphate having a bulk density of about 1000 g / l end product with bulk densities of about 800 g / l are obtained. At the same time, this procedure only allows the use of max. 15 % liquid washing-active substance. Furthermore, the relatively high energy consumption when using hot air is uneconomical.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The object of the invention is to provide a process for the continuous production of granulated detergents and cleaners, which requires a reduced production outlay, in particular a lower expenditure of energy, with high quality of the detergents and cleaners.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to provide a process for the continuous production of granulated detergents and cleaners in fluidized bed apparatuses, the particular to be processed powdered builders, the aufzusprühenden washing active substances in their chemical and physical properties, in particular bulk density, particle size distribution and water content, no special Demands. When using water-containing substances no special process engineering effort should be necessary · The end product should have a high mechanical strength.
Hierbei betragen die flächenbezogenen Mengendurchsätze von Gas 800 bis 2000 kg/hm2, von Feststoffen 300 bis 1000 kg/hm2 und von flüssigen Stoffen 60 bis 200 kg/hm2.According to the invention the object is achieved in that as one of the powdery builders pentasodium triphosphate having a phase II content greater than 90 % and a bulk density greater than 700 g / l, preferably 900 to 1100 g / l and a quantitative fine grain content of greater than 70 % is used with a grain diameter of less than 0.2 mm ". in the mixing and granulation, the gas velocities are in the work area of the inhomogeneous fluidized bed, d. h · between the vortex center velocity of the largest particles and ten times the discharge rate of the average particles. in this case, be area-related Gas throughputs 800 to 2000 kg / hm 2 , solids 300 to 1000 kg / hm 2 and liquids 60 to 200 kg / hm 2 .
