Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hohlprofilrahmen für Leichtgepäck aus Plastmaterial. Das Ziel der Erfindung ist es, einen Hohlprofilrahmen aus Plastraaterial zu schaffen, der bei geringem .Eigengewicht eine hohe Stabilität des Leichtgepäcks ermöglicht. Der Hohlprofilrahmen besteht aus zwei Wandungen, die durch Streben miteinander verbunden sind. Dadurch entsteht ein Hohlraum zwischen den beiden Wandungen und eine Gewichtsverminderung gegenüber Vollprofilen. Der Hohlprofilrahmen ist so ausgebildet, daß er einen guten Staubschutz für den Innenraum des Leichtgepäcks ermöglicht. Dazu besitzt die kürzere Abstufung des Rahmens an der Innenseite eins Verdickung des Plastmaterials, während die äußere Wandung verlängert ist. Der Übernahmen ist entsprechend entgegengesetzt gearbeitet, so daß ein guter Staubschutz erreicht wird. Die Ausgestaltung des Rahmens ergibt weitere Vorteile bei der Herstellung des Leichtgepäcks.
