Description
Stavebně konstrukční panelStructural and structural panel
Oblast technikyTechnical field
Technické řešení se týká stavebně konstrukčního panelu s odlehčenou samonosnou konstrukcí a zvýšenými tepelně a zvukově izolačními vlastnostmi, používaného jako samonosného stavebnicového prvku pro výstavbu obvodových stěn i bytových příček.The technical solution relates to a structural construction panel with a lightweight self-supporting structure and increased thermal and acoustic insulation properties, used as a self-supporting modular element for the construction of external walls and residential partitions.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Panelový způsob výstavby obvodových i vnitřních plášťů staveb, vestaveb a bytů využívá různé druhy panelů, z nichž nej známější a nejrozšířenější jsou plnokeramické panely, jejichž hlavními komponentami jsou cement a granulované keramické plnivo. Vedle těchto panelů s velmi nízkým součinitelem tepelného odporu existují panely jejíchž plnící složka je doplněna organickými i neorganickými látkami s nízkým součinitelem tepelné vodivosti s cílem zlepšit izolační vlastnosti monolitických keramických panelů. The panel type of construction of both external and internal cladding of buildings, extensions and flats uses various types of panels, the most well-known and the most widely used being full-ceramic panels, the main components of which are cement and granulated ceramic filler. In addition to these panels with a very low thermal resistance coefficient, there are panels whose filler component is supplemented with both organic and inorganic substances with a low thermal conductivity coefficient in order to improve the insulating properties of monolithic ceramic panels. However, these efforts are confronted with limiting factors that do not allow a radical improvement in the insulating properties of the panels: a certain amount of ceramic filler and / or cement is required to maintain the basic strength values, which cannot be further reduced without risking below the required mechanical values. In addition, the frontal contact of the panels, even with any possible form-fit treatment, does not prevent the formation of thermal bridges, which seriously affect the amount of heat loss in buildings.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
The above-mentioned deficiencies are eliminated by a structural construction panel with a lightweight self-supporting structure according to the present technical solution, which consists in that it consists of spatial reinforcement, inner insulating insert and side wall sheathing and this spatial reinforcement is made of wooden prisms connected to rectangular construction by gluing and / or a positive joint reinforced by the connecting means, the spatial reinforcement being formed by the upper and lower lintels. Vertical struts are attached to these lintels of equal dimensions at half their lengths and at their corners. The width of these vertical struts is at most 0.45 times the width of the upper or lower lintel. Cladding of the side walls of the panel consists of plates which are fixed to both lintels and vertical struts with height and side overlap. The inner insulating insert is made of polyurethane foam filling the interior space between the boards and the front faces of the panel. The panels forming the side panel of the panel are made of cement-bonded material.

The structural-construction panel is a prismatic flat body of rectangular shape, the bases of which consist of upper and lower lintels 1 of thick spruce planks, to which half-length of lintels 1 and in their corners are attached vertical struts 2 of wooden beams. The sides of the spatial structure thus formed are covered with cement-bonded particle boards 3, their attachment being carried out with a one-sided height overlap and a one-sided length overlap H 2 . The plates 2 correspond in shape and size to the contours of the spatial structure of the panel and their one-sided displacement in length and height creates on both the vertical interfaces of the panel and its horizontal interfaces the intersections by which the panels are stacked and side by side 2 to minimize thermal bridges. The entire free space of the panels thus assembled is filled with a thermally insulating inner liner 4, which is formed by pressure foaming with polyurethane foam.
Pro optimální tepelně izolační vlastnosti tohoto panelu je stanoven výhodný poměr objemu vnitřní izolační vložky 4 k celkovému objemu dřevní hmoty tak, že šířka B-^ svislých vzpěr 2 by měla být rovna nejvýše 0,45 - násobku šířky B2 překladů 1.For optimum thermal insulating properties of this panel, the preferred ratio of the volume of the inner insulating insert 4 to the total volume of wood mass is determined so that the width B - of the vertical struts 2 should be at most 0.45 times the width B 2 of the lintels.

The above-described and illustrated panel is with a block suitable especially for the construction of family houses, sanitary units, etc., both for it and for the main load-bearing partitions.

Polyuretanová pěna tvoří vnitřní izolační vložku 4 s vysokou adhezí, která přilíná jak k dřevu, tak k dřevotřískovému materiálu, zpevňuje celou konstrukci panelu, z něhož se stává po vyreagování polyuretanové pěny monolitický stavební prvek, který vyhovuje pro svislé výpočtové rovnoměrné zatížení 84,3 kN.m-1 nebo vodorovné výpočtové rovno-2In a practical embodiment, a second spruce timber was used for the struts and was treated with a lifetime composition based on quaternary ammonium boron, free of formaldehyde, metals, chlorinated hydrocarbons. Cladding with boards 2 was made of cement-bonded particleboards with a thickness of 8 mm. The polyurethane foam forms an internal insulating liner 4 with high adhesion that adheres to both wood and chipboard, reinforcing the entire panel construction, which, after the polyurethane foam has reacted, becomes a monolithic structural element which is suitable for a vertical calculated uniform load of 84.3 kN .m -1 or horizontal calculation equal-2
With simultaneous wind pressure, the maximum vertical load of 8.73 kN.m according to ČSN 730035 results in a relatively uniform load of 79.14 kN.m -2 for the panel. The resulting thermal resistance R = 4.79 m 2 .KW -1 was calculated for this panel. Favorable acoustic and thermal insulating properties not only as for the panel itself but also the entire construction assembly, as contact edge panels is overlapped by overlapping Hj ^, H 2, panels 3, which thus prevents the formation of thermal bridges. The panels are perfectly adapted to the surface of their particle board 3 for a variety of finishes and finishes, from impregnation to the application of banded gravel plasters, plaster coatings, plasterboard systems, suspended venting facades to glued ceramic tiles.
