Psací a kreslicí prostředekWriting and drawing tool
Oblast technikyField of technology
Podstata technického řešení je psací a kreslicí prostředek s vícebarevnou pastelovou tuhou umožňující vytvoření vysoce plynulého přechodu jednotlivých barevných odstínů.The essence of the technical solution is a writing and drawing tool with multi-colored pastel ink, enabling the creation of a highly smooth transition of individual color shades.
Dosavadní stav technikyCurrent state of the art
Multi-colored ballpoint pens with retractable colored writing inserts are known in the field, or mechanical pencils with retractable colored pencils. Multicolor markers with two or more nibs are also known, into which ink is supplied from separate reservoirs, e.g. according to copyright certificate CS 262982 Bl. There is also a pencil with a triple core according to copyright certificate CS 193312 B1, for pre-drawing double lines on wood in carpentry operations.
In the field of classic pencil products equipped with a single multi-colored lead, a lead consisting of separate colored areas running essentially parallel to the lead axis is known, according to the German published patent application DE 3006684 Al. The solid can have a different cross-section, and depending on the cross-section of the solid, the shape of the cross-section of the longitudinal color regions also varies. However, all longitudinal regions extend into the surface of the solid.
The disadvantage of this well-known solution lies in the fact that when writing or drawing, when the pen is in the same inclined position, a one-color, at most two-color line is created. In order to achieve the effect of alternating colors, it is necessary to rotate the pencil around an axis, which is uncomfortable and disadvantageous for normal writing or drawing.
This problem is solved by the document CZ 16234 Ul, which relates to a multi-colored writing and drawing medium with pastel cylindrical ink, which exhibits colored longitudinal areas running essentially parallel to the axis of the ink. The essence of the technical solution lies in the fact that at least one of the color areas is arranged inside the pastel pencil, while it does not extend into the side surface of the pencil shell, but protrudes in the area of the tip.
The advantages of this technical solution lie in the fact that it creates a multi-colored line composed of several different colored writing traces, without the need to rotate the writing tool around its axis when writing or drawing.
The disadvantage of existing solutions is that they do not allow the creation of a perfectly smooth transition of individual color shades.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
Podstata technického řešení je psací a kreslicí prostředek splňující výše uvedení i další cíle, který obsahuje vícebarevnou pastelovou tuhu umožňující vytvoření vysoce plynulého přechodu jednotlivých barevných odstínů. Přechod barevných odstínů vzniká díky upisování tuhy a lze jej dynamicky měnit náklonem či přítlakem. Tím vzniká pokaždé zcela originální a neopakovatelná stopa. The essence of the technical solution is a writing and drawing tool that fulfills the above and other goals, which contains multi-colored pastel ink that enables the creation of a highly smooth transition of individual color shades. The transition of color shades is created thanks to the writing of the ink and can be dynamically changed by tilting or applying pressure. This creates a completely original and unrepeatable track every time.
According to the technical solution, the single writing and drawing means enables the application of the selected color shade accompanied by two other shades that are similar to each other, but may not be similar to the selected color shade, particularly advantageous for artistic creation.
- 1 CZ 36117 UI- 1 CZ 36117 UI
Podstatou technického řešení je tedy psací a kreslicí prostředek s pastelovou válcovou tuhou, složenou z podélných, v podstatě paralelně k ose tuhy probíhajících částí (1,2, 3), přičemž části (1) jsou tvořeny prvním barevným odstínem, části (2) jsou tvořeny druhým barevným odstínem a části (3) jsou tvořeny třetím barevným odstínem, a přičemž uvedené první, druhý a třetí barevný odstín jsou vzájemně odlišné, a přičemž uvedené první, druhý a třetí barevný odstín spadají do některé z oblastí Cl až C6 barevného prostoru kolorimetrické soustavy CIELAB 1976 při standardním osvětlení D65 a zorném úhlu 10° doplňkového standardního pozorovatele, a přičemž zároveň platí, že:The essence of the technical solution is therefore a writing and drawing tool with a pastel cylindrical pencil, composed of longitudinal parts (1,2, 3) running essentially parallel to the axis of the pencil, while parts (1) are made up of the first color shade, parts (2) are formed by a second color shade and parts (3) formed by a third color shade, and wherein said first, second and third color shades are different from each other, and wherein said first, second and third color shades fall into one of the regions C1 to C6 of the colorimetric color space of the CIELAB 1976 system at standard illumination D65 and a visual angle of 10° of the additional standard observer, while at the same time it is true that:
- první barevný odstín a druhý barevný odstín spadají do stejné oblasti barevného prostoru CIELAB; a- the first color shade and the second color shade fall into the same region of the CIELAB color space; and
- třetí barevný odstín spadá buď do stejné oblasti barevného prostoru CIELAB jako první barevný odstín a druhý barevný odstín, nebo spadá do odlišné oblasti barevného prostoru CIELAB než první barevný odstín a druhý barevný odstín.- the third color hue falls either in the same region of the CIELAB color space as the first color hue and the second color hue, or falls in a different region of the CIELAB color space than the first color hue and the second color hue.
The expression that the parts run essentially parallel to the rigid axis means that, in the ideal case, all or almost all of these parts are parallel to each other, or they run along the entire length of the stiffener, but also include cases where, especially in the peripheral parts of the stiffener, some parts are deformed, interrupted or do not run exactly parallel to the axis of the stiffener as a result of the manufacturing process.
Thus, three types of longitudinal parts are present in the bow, which have three different color shades.
The first, second and third color shades are defined in such a way that they fall into one of the regions Cl to C6 of the color space of the CIELAB 1976 (hereinafter CIELAB) colorimetric system commonly used in the field under standard illumination D65 and a visual angle of 10° of an additional standard observer.
Dále je použit standardní pozorovací úhel 10° a standardní spektrální citlivost oka pozorovatele definovaná CIE.For the objective definition of the color shade, the standard illumination D65 (daylight) specified in the ASTM D1729 standard is used as the spectral intensity of the emission, i.e. the intensity of the emission depending on the wavelength. Furthermore, a standard viewing angle of 10° and the standard spectral sensitivity of the observer's eye defined by the CIE are used.
The CIELAB colorimetric system is a spatial representation of where the color spectrum falls in three-dimensional space, while a certain color area can be defined in this system as a body of colors that can be clearly described graphically or tabularly.
Kolorimetrická soustava CIELAB se také označuje jako kolorimetrická soustava CIE L*a*b* 1976, kdeThe CIELAB colorimetric system is also referred to as the CIE L*a*b* 1976 colorimetric system, where
L* je měrná světlost (zdaje barva světlá nebo tmavá), a a*b* jsou souřadnice na chromatické ploše kolorimetrické soustavy CIELAB, kde na ose a jsou barvy od zelené po červenou a na ose b jsou barvy od modré po žlutou.L* is the specific lightness (whether the color is light or dark), and a*b* are the coordinates on the chromatic surface of the CIELAB colorimetric system, where the a-axis is the colors from green to red and the b-axis is the colors from blue to yellow.
In order to be able to represent 3D models of color bodies in a plane, it is possible to show a projection graph of sections of constant specific lightness L* from 10 to 90 units with a step of 10 units on this surface with coordinates a*b*.
This representation is also used in the present technical solution, where on the graphs the assignment to individual lines L* is shown in an inset box.
- 2 CZ 36117 UI- 2 CZ 36117 UI
Vpravo na každém z obrázků je uveden graf profilu tělesa vzorovací oblasti s nejvyšší měrnou čistotou na ploše tvořené osami C*L* (z důvodu přehlednosti je na grafů C*L* uvedena pouze křivka vzorovací oblasti s nejvyšší čistotou), kdeOn the right of each of the images, there is a graph of the body profile of the patterning area with the highest specific purity on the surface formed by the C*L* axes (for the sake of clarity, only the curve of the patterning area with the highest purity is shown on the C*L* graphs), where
C* je měrná čistota definovaná vztahemC* is the specific purity defined by the relation
In order to clearly define individual areas for the purposes of the presented technical solution, summary Tables 1 to 6 with the values of colorimetric coordinates for areas Cl to C6, both for the CIELAB colorimetric system and for the derived CIELCh colorimetric system, which, unlike the orthogonal CIELAB system, is cylindrical coordinate system, where the third coordinate is formed by the measured shade angle h° (indicated as hab in the tables), which takes on values from 0 to 360°, and is calculated from the coordinates a*b* according to the following relationship:
arctanarctan
For practical reasons, the values of individual coordinates are rounded and given according to individual sections of constant specific lightness L*, as they are shown on the attached graphs in the pictures. All data are calculated for a CIE standard light source D65 and an additional 10° standard observer.

Oblast Cl zahrnuje například různě světlé barevné odstíny modré, zelenomodré.The Cl area includes, for example, various light shades of blue, green-blue.
Oblast C2 zahrnuje například různě světlé barevné odstíny červené, fialové, růžové.Area C2 includes, for example, various light shades of red, purple, pink.
Oblast C3 zahrnuje například různě světlé barevné odstíny oranžové, hnědé.The C3 area includes, for example, various light shades of orange, brown.
Oblast C4 zahrnuje například různě světlé barevné odstíny žluté, žlutozelené.The C4 area includes, for example, various light shades of yellow, yellow-green.
Oblast C5 zahrnuje například různě světlé barevné odstíny zelené, modrozelené.The C5 area includes, for example, various light shades of green, blue-green.
Oblast C6 zahrnuje například různě světlé barevné odstíny bílé, šedé a černé.The C6 area includes, for example, various light shades of white, gray and black.
Psací a kreslicí prostředek podle může být tedy uspořádán tak, že:The writing and drawing means according to can therefore be arranged in such a way that:
první barevný odstín a druhý barevný odstín jsou dva odstíny spadající do barvy šedé, žluté, oranžové, červené, růžové, fialové, modré, zelené, hnědé, černé nebo bílé a třetí barevný odstín je buď třetí barevný odstín spadající do stejné barvy, jako má první barevný odstín a druhý barevný odstín, nebo třetí barevný odstín je jakýkoli barevný odstín spadající do odlišné barvy, než má první barevný odstín a druhý barevný odstín.the first color shade and the second color shade are two shades of gray, yellow, orange, red, pink, purple, blue, green, brown, black or white, and the third color shade is either a third color shade of the same color as the first color shade and the second color shade, or the third color shade is any color shade falling in a different color than the first color shade and the second color shade.
In one embodiment, a technical solution is included, in which, in a cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the string, the longitudinal parts not extending into the perimeter of the string can have the shape of a square or a diamond, while any two adjacent parts of the same color shade touch each other at the top, and not at the side, of this squares or diamonds. In this way, a regularly alternating color pattern is achieved on the section, especially around the center of the stiffener. As already mentioned above, in the peripheral parts of the stiffener, individual areas can be deformed, flattened, etc.
In the presented technical solution, however, other shapes of the longitudinal parts on the cross-section are also possible, enabling tight assembly of the parts, e.g. triangles or hexagons.
However, other mutual arrangements of longitudinal parts of the same color shade in the ribbon are not excluded, e.g. in stripes or concentric circles around the longitudinal axis of the ribbon.
In the case of a writing and drawing device, one of the longitudinal parts can be arranged as essentially central, i.e. extending longitudinally into the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical string. This preferably applies along the entire length of the stiffener, however, due to the manufacturing process, in some places the central part may deviate from the longitudinal axis.
In a preferred embodiment, the longitudinal regions of the writing and drawing medium can be washed away with water or another suitable solvent. Washability can be achieved, for example, by making the binder of pigments in the individual areas of writing and drawing at least partially soluble in water or another suitable solvent. The ability to blur further enhances the perception of the fluidity of the transition of individual color shades.
Another advantageous embodiment relates to a set of writing and drawing means which includes at least three writing and drawing means described above, which have different combinations of the first, second and third color shades. This means that three or more, eg 6, 12 or 24 different color combinations may be included, but sets that contain at least three different color combinations plus any number of repetitions of any of the color combinations are included.

Příklady uskutečnění technického řešeníExamples of implementing a technical solution
Jedno provedení tuhy psacího a kreslicího prostředku ukazuje obr. One embodiment of the pencil of the writing and drawing medium is shown in Fig. 7, where a cross-section of the pencil of the writing and drawing medium is shown with a pastel cylindrical pencil 4, composed of longitudinal parts 1, 2, 3 running essentially parallel to the axis of the pencil (in the peripheral areas individual parts are not marked in the pictures for reasons of clarity).
The left (right) part of Fig. 7 shows an embodiment in which, in a section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the stiffener, the longitudinal parts not extending into the circumference of the stiffener have the shape of a square (diamond), while any two adjacent parts 1, adjacent parts 2, and adjacent parts 3 , i.e. parts with the same color shade, touch each other at the top, and not at the side, of this square (rhomb). In this way, a regularly alternating color pattern is achieved on the section, especially around the center of the stiffener. In this case, the rhombus shape was created by the deformation of parts of the stiffener during the pressing step, as will be described below. It can be seen in the pictures that in the peripheral parts of the stiffener, individual areas are narrowed and/or flattened in some places.
In the sections shown in Fig. 7, specifically one of the longitudinal parts 1 is arranged as essentially central, i.e. extending longitudinally into the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical stiffener.
Jako příklady byly připraveny výše popsaným způsobem tři tuhy, každá složená ze tří druhů podélných částí se třemi různými barevnými odstíny barevného prostoru kolorimetrické soustavy CIELAB 1976 při standardním osvětlení D65 a zorném úhlu 10° doplňkového standardního pozorovatele, podle následující tabulky 7.As examples, three rods were prepared in the manner described above, each consisting of three types of longitudinal parts with three different color shades of the color space of the CIELAB 1976 colorimetric system under standard illumination D65 and a visual angle of 10° of the additional standard observer, according to the following table 7.

The resulting pastel cylindrical pencil 4 can already be used as a separate writing and drawing medium.
Výše popsané tuhy byly vloženy jako jádro do dřevěného pláště, získaný psací a kreslicí prostředek byl opatřen hladkým lakem a povrchovým potiskem a na jedné straně naostřen. Byla vytvořena sada obsahující tři psací a kreslicí prostředky, které mají odlišné kombinace prvního, druhého a třetího barevného odstínu.The above-described stiffeners were inserted as a core into a wooden shell, the obtained writing and drawing medium was provided with smooth lacquer and surface printing and sharpened on one side. A set has been created containing three writing and drawing instruments having different combinations of the first, second and third color shades.
In another advantageous embodiment, the longitudinal parts 1, 2, 3 of the writing and drawing means were made to be washed away by water using water-soluble binders.
Průmyslová využitelnostIndustrial applicability
Technické řešení je využitelné při výrobě psacích a kreslicích prostředků poskytujících při minimálním počtu použitých kreslicích prostředků složité barevné efekty a vysoce plynulé přechody barev. The technical solution can be used in the production of writing and drawing materials that provide complex color effects and highly smooth color transitions with a minimum number of used drawing materials.
