Description
Oblast technikyTechnical field
Technické řešení se týká půdního hospodářství a zemědělství a současně i využití separátu z bioplynových stanic, kde se získává materiál, působící jako hydrosorbent a zpravidla mající i vlastnosti hnojivá.The technical solution concerns soil management and agriculture and at the same time the use of a separate from biogas stations, where a material acting as a hydrosorbent and usually having fertilizer properties is obtained.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
It is now known in the field of utilizing a biogas plant separator that it is directly exported to the field as an organic fertilizer or added as a component to compost. A variant of the use of the separate is also its drying as a substitute for litter instead of straw, when housing livestock.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
A substantially more efficient use of the separate is to convert it into an effective hydrosorbent, also having fertilizer properties. In accordance with the present invention, the hyrosorbent consists of a biogas station separator, at least one additive and admixtures, wherein the proportion of the separator, in the dewatered state and dried to a maximum water content of up to 15% by weight, is up to 98%. 5% by weight, the proportion of additives is from 1% to 50% by weight and the proportion of additives is from 0.5% to 2.5% by weight. The admixtures are materials which are present in the feed mixture without falling into a separate or deliberately added admixture, e.g., dust, soil, etc. Preferably, the admixtures use straw. It is particularly preferred that the straw is present in the form of cereal straw. It is also advantageous if the biomass ash is present as an additive in a proportion of 5% to 15% by weight. It is preferred that the proportion of additives is from 5% to 30% by weight. In any case, it is preferred that the reversible hydrosorbent is in the form of pellets having a diameter of 6 to 12 mm and a length of 3 to 50 mm. The basic properties, such as a hydrosorbent, are achieved to some extent already in the dewatered and dried separates, where a small proportion of additives and admixtures aids in pelletization as well as the consistency of the pellets obtained. In addition to the basic hydrosorption property, the material throughput of the pelletizing matrix also improves significantly if the proportion of additives, especially on the basis of straw, is greater than 5% by weight, preferably up to 30% by weight. The possible proportion of ash from the biomass as an additive then improves the mineral content of the mixture, thereby improving the sorbent properties as fertilizer.
This provides a reversible hydrosorbent that improves the soil's ability to retain and release water. This is especially useful when planting or planting plants, where it is necessary to keep the soil moist after planting or planting, so that the seed or seedlings do not dry. Thus, the hydrosorbent can be applied not only across the board, but also only in the vicinity of the seed or rather in the vicinity of individual planting plants.

In all cases, the blends were pelletized into roller pellets having a diameter of 6 mm and a length of 3 to 40 mm. In this form, the material was applied to the planting of the spruce, when fertilizer was added to the seed well. Their growth was then observed in comparison to planting at the same site, but without the use of a separate material.
It was found that during pelletization, a mixture with a small proportion of cereal straw caused some difficulty with the material through the pellet press, but the absorption properties were comparable to a mixture with a higher proportion of cereal straw.
In terms of the final application of the mixture to the soil, it was found that planting with the use of a separator had a significant effect on reducing the mortality of the seedlings and their size. Seedlings mortality decreased by 40%, the size was 40% larger than the control.
The reversible hydrosorbent according to the present invention is applicable in general to the retention and release of moisture for plant growth, while promoting growth under the influence of both organic and inorganic substances, in the separator and / or in the ingredients present.
