Abstract
Řešení se týká způsobu přípravy geneticky upravené drůbeže, rezistentní k ptačímu leukózovému viru podskupiny J, které je charakterizováno tím, že tato drůbež nese deleci W38 zavedenou do genu chNHE1 pomocí homologní rekombinace mediované CRISPR/Cas9, případně že nese deleci W38 zavedenou pomocí CRISPR/Cas9 a specifickou sgRNA, za vzniku kura domácího nebo krocana domácího rezistentního vůči ptačímu leukózovému viru ALV podskupiny J.
