Description
Oblast technikyTechnical field
The technical solution relates to the application of a protective layer of nanopolymer to the light-active part of the luminaire. Specifically, this solution is used in all areas where the use of artificial space lighting is necessary, especially lighting areas with increased dust levels, or areas with increased levels of bacteria and infections or lighting areas where there is a potential for fire or explosion. The light-active part of the luminaire means for the purposes of this technical solution especially covers, shades, lenses, reflectors, refractors, grids, diffusers, etc. of their own luminaires, which are made in various shapes and sizes depending on the type, type, size and purpose of the use of own luminaires.
Until now, light-active parts of luminaires have not been surface-treated. As a result, dirt builds up from the air or from dusty operations to the light-active parts of the luminaires. The removal of impurities from the surface is currently carried out by their mechanical removal, eg by abrasion, washing or spraying. In case of insufficient or late mechanical removal of impurities from the light-active parts of the luminaires, the luminous flux of the luminaire is significantly reduced and thus the lighting of the place of need is deteriorated. There are also significant financial demands associated with the removal of dirt from the surface of light-active parts of luminaires and the eventual necessity of short-term shutdown of illuminated plants and space during the removal of dirt from the surface of light-active parts of luminaires.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
Uvedené nedostatky do značné míry odstraňuje technické řešení ochrany světelně činné části svítidla pomocí nanesení ochranné vrstvy nanopolymerů na vnější povrch světelně činné částí svítidla. Díky menšímu usazování prachových a bakteriálních částic na povrchu světelně činné části svítidla dochází i k výrazně menšímu poklesu světelného toku svítidla. Nezanedbatelná je i výhoda nižších počtů nainstalovaných svítidel v osvětlovaném prostoru, i výhoda delších intervalů nutnosti čištění povrchů světelně činných částí svítidel. The above mentioned drawbacks are largely eliminated by the technical solution of protecting the light-active part of the luminaire by applying a protective layer of nanopolymer to the outer surface of the light-active part of the luminaire. The essence of the technical solution of applying a protective layer of nanopolymers to the outer surface of the light-active part of the luminaire is that the light-active part of the luminaire is thoroughly cleaned by means of an ionized gas stream, which is applied to the surface of the light-active part of the luminaire by means of a plasma nozzle. A protective layer of nanopolymers is applied to the light-activated part of the luminaire by a uniform spray. The nanopolymer layer is hydrophobic, ie it repels water in which dust particles are most often bound. By repelling (draining) polluted water, the dust particles that are bound in the water are also removed. The nanopolymer layer also has antistatic effects, ie it repels dust particles. The composition of the nanoparticle composition itself is variable, that is, a mixture with a primary effect to repel dust particles, or a mixture that is antibacterial, or a mixture that reduces the flammability of the light-active portion of the lamp on which it is applied can be used. This treatment of the light-active part of the luminaire significantly reduces the presence of dust particles coming from the air or dusty environment on the light-active part of the luminaire or reduces the amount of bacteria and other undesirable microorganisms on the light-active part of the luminaire or reduces its flammability. By reducing the amount of dust or bacterial particles deposited on the surface of the light-active part of the luminaire, the frequency of cleaning the light-active parts of the luminaires is reduced. Due to the lower settling of dust and bacterial particles on the light-active part of the luminaire, the luminous flux of the luminaire is significantly reduced. The advantage of lower number of installed luminaires in the illuminated space is also significant, as is the advantage of longer intervals of the need to clean the surfaces of light-active luminaires.
