Abstract
Description
Vynález sa týká dezénu bežnej plochy plášťa radiálnej konštrukcie pre osobné a malé užitkové automobily. The present invention relates to the tread pattern of a conventional radial structure casing for passenger cars and small commercial vehicles.
Doteraiší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The different tread constructions of the conventional car surface currently in use cannot provide: their driving, safety and other parameters. These parameters were guaranteed only for speeds up to 180 km / h. With the current worldwide trend of increasing speeds to 210 km / h or more, these tires are no longer suitable. The lagging is most evident in the ability of good adhesion on dry but mainly wet roads and high directional stability at higher speeds. In these difficult conditions, the requirement of high safety, which is closely related to the parameters of adhesion and directional stability, is particularly important. The unfavorable properties of tires equipped with the existing types of treads mainly manifest themselves in the limited ability to drain water at high speed from the middle part of the tread of a conventional surface. This makes the tire prone to aquaplaning, which reduces the passive safety of the vehicle occupants.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The above-mentioned deficiencies are remedied to a large extent by the tread pattern of the conventional surface of the passenger car casing, the essence of which is that the central blocks and end blocks are each provided with two non-penetrating notches extending transversely to the circumferential axis of the casing and the axis of rotation of the mantle. The inter-block transverse grooves extend continuously up to 1.1 to 1.7 times their flood width in the region of the central blocks in the region lying in the region of the end blocks in the direction of the sidewall of the casing.
Dezén bežnej plochy plášťa obsahuje obvodové pásy vnútorných blokov, středových blokov a krajných blokov, kde středové a krajné bloky pásov sú od seba navzájom oddělené priečne voči obvodovej osi plášťa vedenými drážkami. The tread of the conventional surface of the casing comprises circumferential strips of inner blocks, center blocks and end blocks, wherein the center and outer blocks of the strips are separated from each other transversely to the circumferential axis of the casing by guided grooves.
Zvýšenie adhézie uvedenej konštrukcie bežnej plochy sa prejavuje v obvodovom, ale hlavně v priečnom smere, čo je zvlášť výhodné u plášťov určených pre celoročnú prevádzku na komunikáciách so spevnenýmBy this distribution favorable conditions are created to ensure uniform adhesive efficiency over the entire width of the conventional area. The individual blocks are further divided by short transverse grooves into two active zones with different stiffness of the figures, thus reducing the risk of the tire suddenly passing into the skid. All figures and their corners with an angle of less than 90 ° are chamfered, removing the inefficient mass of the tread while increasing the volume of the water-film-engaging grooves. The peripheral grooves are straight so as to place as little resistance as possible to the flowing water. The tread pattern of the present invention meets the requirements for adhesion at higher speeds on both dry and wet surfaces, while maintaining other driving characteristics and economic parameters. An increase in the adhesion of the above-mentioned common surface construction is manifested in the circumferential but mainly in the transverse direction, which is particularly advantageous for tires intended for year-round operation on paved roads
The above-mentioned properties are mainly manifested in increased driving safety at higher speeds and are independent of the direction of rotation. The scope of application includes both drive and driven axles.
