Abstract
Vynálezem je způsob výroby ocelových dílů zAHS oceli řízeným lokálním ochlazováním médiem využívající tvorbu vícefázové struktury s přerušovaným chlazením na požadované teplotě a to bez využití postupu zanožení do ochlazovací lázni, kdy ocelový díl je chlazen proudícím mediem tak, že v závislosti na množství tepla, které musí být odvedeno povrchem z polotovaru se z míst, kde je nutno odvést větší množství tepla, je provedeno chlazení zvýšenou intenzitou.The invention is a method of manufacturing steel parts from AHS steel by controlled local cooling of the medium using the formation of a multiphase structure with intermittent cooling at the desired temperature without using the cooling bath process, where the steel part is cooled by a flowing medium so that depending on the amount of heat be removed by the surface of the semi-finished product and from places where it is necessary to remove a larger amount of heat, cooling with increased intensity is performed.
