Description
Oblast technikyTechnical field
Vynález spadá do oblasti stavebních technologií, a to zejména mezi systémy odvodu vody za střech budov. The invention falls within the field of building technology, in particular among water drainage systems for roofs of buildings.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, a number of commonly known solutions of roof gutters, generally of sheet metal construction, are known. The disadvantage of these solutions is in particular the unsuitability of the metal material, which, especially in winter, easily causes freezing of the water in the trough and thus its limited throughput. At the same time, such plumbing solutions require the connection of the inner parts of the trough, which results in leakage, especially after long-term use.
It is also commonly known to use a waterproofing covering in the form of a PVC film. However, it is often connected from several pieces and at the joints there is a risk of unwanted leakage of the waterproofing covering. The anchoring of the waterproofing covering in the inner part of the trough is then usually solved by a detachable connection, usually by screws, whereby the integrity of the material of the waterproofing covering by its perforation is also impaired and leakages can occur again. PVC foil can be attached to the inner part of the trough also by melting it on troughs made of plastic-coated sheet metal, but this often leads to irregularities of the trough surface, which can lead to imperfect drainage of the trough. The waterproofing covering can also be formed by joining the asphalt strips, but these drawbacks remain, especially with regard to the difficult attachment of the asphalt strip to the inner part of the trough to avoid irregularities in the surface of the trough.
The use of such types of gutters therefore requires frequent maintenance and restoration of the integrity of the waterproofing covering where it is damaged, whether for joining its sub-parts or anchoring it.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention is a gutter designed to drain water as a gutter or inter-roof gutter of buildings with sloping roofs.
The principle of the invention is that the waterproofing covering is of a length corresponding to the length of the side of the roof on which the gutter is to be installed without the necessity of gluing or connecting several parts of the waterproofing covering. On the waterproofing covering is attached from the underside wood or plastic underlay with similar properties, which may be from one panel corresponding to the length of the roof or preferably more closely connected but not connected to each other, the sum of their lengths corresponds to the required length trough.
This invention overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art since it does not require the assembly of a roof trough by joining multiple portions of a waterproofing covering that would otherwise require joints that are undesirable in the long run to maintain the waterproofing properties of the covering. Further shortcomings of the prior art are overcome by the fact that the waterproofing covering is connected to the base battens in a non-detachable manner that does not impair the integrity of the waterproofing covering by its perforations and hence its waterproofing properties, most preferably by gluing. At the same time, it is possible to connect the waterproofing covering and the base batten before installation on the building, which prevents the formation of irregularities in the interior space of the trough.

In particular, the material of the waterproofing covering may be PVC, but alternatively bituminous cardboard may be used. The use of PVC is more advantageous especially with regard to the better bending properties of the material.
Dividing the base batten into a plurality of interconnected but not interconnected panels provides an advantage especially when transported to the trough installation site, since it is possible to fold or twist the base batten into a cylindrical shape depending on the length of the individual panels. Thus, the individual sections for the assembly of the trough can be pre-made to fit the building, which shortens the installation time of the trough to the roof of the building.

Příklad uskutečnění vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Prostor mezi trámy 5 a pod hydroizolační krytinou 1 přesahující vnější šířku žlabu je vyplněn termoizolačním materiálem 6.A preferred embodiment of the roof gutter consists of a single piece of waterproofing covering 1 in the form of a PVC foil, to which a wooden baseboard 2 consisting of interconnected but not connected parts 23 is glued from the underside by the hot-melt adhesive. glued in its central part with the glued joint width corresponding to the inner width 22 of the trough, which is shorter than the width 21 of the base batt 2. The base batt 2 is fastened by screws to the base beams. The inner side plates 4 with the width 41 of the underside of the inner side plate 4 are equal to the difference between the width 21 of the slat 2 and the inner width 22 of the trough. The space between the beams 5 and below the waterproofing covering 1 extending beyond the external width of the trough is filled with thermo-insulating material 6.
