Abstract
Reaktor, zejména pro výrobu titanu, je tvoren telesem (1), jehož dutý plášt je ochlazován chladícímmédiem, vybaveným tavícími elektrodami (5), a které je jednak uzpusobeno pro zajištení prívodu plynného média obsahujícího titan, pro zajištení prívodu kapalného redukcního cinidla a pro zavážení tavících prísad, a jednak je uzpusobeno pro odvod vedlejších produktu a odber vyrobeného titanu. Vnitrní prostor reaktoru je rozdelen na redukcní sekci (2) a tavící sekci (3), které jsou vzájemne oddeleny prepážkou (4) opatrenou prepouštecím otvorem (41). Tavící sekce (3) je tvorena tavící komorou (31), v níž jsou umísteny sady hlavních tavících elektrod (5) a která je v horní cásti opatrena násypkou(32) pro zavážení tavících prísad. Redukcní sekce(2) je tvorena reakcní komorou (21), do níž jsou vyústeny prodouvací kanály (22) vyvedené ze smešovacích komor (23), do nichž jsou shora zaústeny prívodní kanály (24) prodouvacího plynu obsahujícího titan, které jsou propojeny s nálevkovou komorou (25) sloužící k zajištení prívodu kapalného redukcního cinidla.
