Abstract
When closing the spike in a knitting machine for sock making the goods knitted from the tip to the hem to fill the needy the amount of top knit that needs to be swung, which is it performs at approximately half a needle cylinder, so that First, fill up the preschool and then proceed to normal in the way of knitting top knitting with a followed by the addition of stitches. Knitted toe knit fabric gives after dragging on opposite arcjel and continuing in knitting a tablecloth, blunt end of the toe, or up to the rounded shape of the sock tip, which more closely matches the outer foot shape. The blunt end of the spitz was given in particular, the line with the smallest number of stitches is longer, than knitting methods.
Description
Špice jsou upleteny na jehlách uložených na jedné straně jehelního válce, s následující dopravou pevného začátku pleteniny s pomocí přenášecího ústrojí které ho zachytí a přenese před vrcholy háčků jehel uložených na protilehlé straně jehelního válce.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of knitting in the closing of socks or hosiery spikes which are manufactured by the known reversible method of knitting heels and toes and enclosed directly in the knitting machine. The spikes are knitted on needles mounted on one side of the needle cylinder, followed by transporting the solid beginning of the knitted fabric with the aid of a transfer device which engages it and carries it in front of the tops of needle hooks located on the opposite side of the needle cylinder.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Sock and hosiery are manufactured on small diameter knitting machines as tubular knit and also knitted with a reversible knit heel and toe. The tip of such a blank remains either open and must be closed manually by sewing on specially designed sewing machines or, when using special-purpose knitting machines equipped with a special device, is closed directly in the knitting machine. When closing the tip directly in the knitting machine, the increasing start of the return knit made on the needle arch of one half of the needle cylinder is transferred to the opposite needle arch of the other half of the needle cylinder.
This is done, for example, by means of a split tilting plate and special machine tilting sinkers, or by means of special grabs mounted in a complex device. Another way of solving this problem is by air flow or by means of a mechanical feeder. Another other way of conveying the rigid edge of the top knitting inside the needle cylinder is by the rigid edge inside the needle cylinder, in the direction away from the needle arch on which it was knitted to the opposite needle arch to which it must be transferred, pulling the yarns entangled therein. and drawn through the space inside the needle cylinder to the yarn guides located in the space on the outside of the needle pitch circle and further drawn to the voltage-regulating devices thereof.
