Abstract
Description
Oblast technikyTechnical field
Vynález se týká topného to zejména nástěnného topné] krytu pravoúhlého průřezu, uspořádaným topným článkem, který je za účelem vzniku sálavého tepla tepelně vodivě spojen s nejméně jednou stěnou krytu.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a heating element, in particular a wall-mounted heating cover of a rectangular cross-section, arranged by a heating element which is thermally conductively connected to at least one wall of the cover in order to generate radiant heat.
A room heating heater, in particular a wall heater of the above type, is used for radiant heat heating, wherein the heating elements arranged in the heater housing are designed as pipes for supplying and discharging water from a central heating device.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In known heaters, especially of the wall type, air circulation is caused by warm air. The problem is that air movement also causes air suction and turbulence.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The invention has set itself the basic object of providing a shape of a heater in which there is no disturbing air movement. According to the invention, this object is achieved in the case of a heater of the above-mentioned type by providing a baffle plate which extends obliquely upwards from the rear wall of the heater directly over the top wall of the heater housing.
Obzvlášť výhodné varianty provedení jsou uvedeny v závislých nárocích definice předmětu patentu.Particularly preferred embodiments are set forth in the dependent claims of the definition of the subject matter of the patent.
Kryt topného profilu, na kterém rovněž vzhledem článku vytvořený ve tvaru skříňového je upraven usměrňovači plech, umožňuje k jeho rozměrům snadnou montáž prostřednictvím jednoduchého zkosení pod úhlem 45’ na vnější a vnitřní hraně, bez použití specielních spojovacích prvků (vyjma spojení topných elementů).The heating profile cover, on which the baffle plate is also provided due to the box-shaped element, allows for its dimensions to be easily mounted by simple 45 'bevels at the outer and inner edges, without the use of special fasteners (except for the heating element connection).
The heater can also be integrated into the wall cladding because of its relatively small thickness.

Topné těleso je opatřeno krytem vytvořeným z kovových profilů, sestávajícím z přední stěny 1, zadní stěny 2, vrchní stěny 2 a spodní stěny 4.Fig. 1 essentially shows the arrangement of a room heating heater formed as a so-called wall heater. The heater is provided with a cover made of metal profiles consisting of a front wall 1, a rear wall 2, a top wall 2 and a bottom wall 4.
The hot water inlet and outlet pipes 5, 6, passing through the housing, are held by a plurality of vertical transverse walls 7 arranged inside the housing. These transverse walls 7, which can be spaced apart at any distance, e.g. 50 mm, serve primarily to transfer heat (heat conduction) to the front wall 1 of the heater cover. Pipes 5., 6. the hot water inlet and outlet are arranged closer to the front wall 1 than to the rear wall 2, whereby the heat from the inlet pipe 5 is transferred primarily to the front wall 1, the top wall 3 or the bottom wall 4 of the heater cover.
The rear wall, as shown in FIG. 1, can be extended in its lower part 2 to form a support foot 8 provided with a screw groove 8 '(FIG. 3). The bracket 8 in the form of an angle allows not only any installation of the heater on the wall, or firmly screwing the heater to the floor, but also to cover the gaps between the floor and the wall, thus avoiding air turbulence due to suction.
However, the main element of the proposed structure is a baffle plate 2 which is provided on the top wall 3 and faces obliquely upwardly from the top edge of the rear wall 2. This ensures that the heated air flowing into the room, i.e. the air above the top wall 3, which flows through the cover from the bottom up, is rectified. It is absolutely irrelevant whether the top, respectively. bottom wall 3, respectively. 4, is provided with through air slots (not shown in the drawing) or not. These slots can be arranged, for example, between the hot water inlet and outlet pipes 5, 6, or the transverse walls 7.
The inclined baffle plate 9 may be formed as part of the housing profile 10 directly above the heater cover, whose rear wall 10 'may either be partially opened or completely closed.
K zabránění průchodu tepla zadní stěnou 2 krytu topného tělesa do zdi místnosti,může být zadní strana zadní stěny 2 opatřena tepelnou izolací 11.To prevent heat from passing through the rear wall 2 of the heater cover into the room wall, the rear side of the rear wall 2 can be provided with thermal insulation 11.
25 mm a výšce 110 mm, opatřené tepelnou izolací a vsazené do stěny místnosti.FIG. 2 shows a heater having a thickness of, for example, 25 mm and a height of 110 mm, provided with thermal insulation and embedded in the room wall.
Tato provedení jsou rozdílná především ve specifickém provedení skříňových profilů 10, resp.v provedení opěrných patek 8.2 and 3 are cross-sectional and perspective views of exemplary embodiments of a heater for room heating. These designs differ mainly in the specific design of the box profiles 10 and in the design of the support feet 8.
Mezi krytem topného tělesa a vrchním skříňovým profilem 10 je vytvořena otevřená podélná štěrbina 12, splňující rovněž estetické hledisko. An open longitudinal slot 12 is formed between the heater cover and the top box profile 10, also meeting the aesthetic aspect.
Z obrázků je rovněž zřejmé, že při montáži topného tělesa, vyjma spojení topných elementů, mohou být jednotlivé díly krytu topného tělesa spojeny pomocí pod úhlem 45’ zkosených a vzájemně hraničících úseků, bez použití speciálních spojovacích elementů.It is also evident from the figures that, when assembling the heater, except for the connection of the heating elements, the individual parts of the heater cover can be connected by angled and mutually adjacent sections without the use of special connecting elements.
As mentioned above, the tubes are 5.6. These transverse walls 7 form a kind of lamellae, which is heat from the tubes 5,6. The front wall 1 of the heater cover forms essentially a heat exchange plate.
The air, which is located between the upper and lower walls 2 and 4 of the heater cover, rises slowly between the transverse walls 7 as heat transfer surfaces, heats and is discharged into the room by means of baffles 9 which also heat and radiate heat.
The housing profile 10 forms the shape of the entire heater. However, it can also be used for the passage of hot water inlet and outlet pipes of other heating circuits.
Instead of heating elements in the form of supply and return pipes 5 and 6, the heating element can also be provided with resistance heating rods or the like.
