Abstract
Description
Oblast technikyTechnical field
The technical solution relates to a multipurpose cosmetic file, in particular for nail treatment and for removing the horned skin on the hands and feet, which is formed by a glass body.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, a wide variety of cosmetic products are made of different types of materials to treat the nails or to remove horned skin on the hands and feet. The abrasive effect of these cosmetic products is achieved by various roughening of the surface of the respective abrasive surfaces in the commonly used range of roughening, which can be generally defined by the most commonly used technical parameter Ra according to valid ČSN EN ISO 4287 in the range of approximately 10 to 100 micrometers measured by HOMMEL TESTER T 2000, whereby the specific range of roughening is then selected with respect to the technical requirements of machining the respective surfaces.
In addition to a variety of other materials, such as steel, emery cloth, etc., nail files or glass nail files have been known and used for decades for the treatment of nails or the removal of horned skin on both hands and feet. This fact stems primarily from the content of Swiss Patent Specification CH 237277 with a priority date of November 8, 1943. This patent is one of the first in a number of technical solutions that follow, which discloses a glass nail file, which results from the content of the first exemplary embodiment described therein, which describes a glass nail file consisting of a single strip of glass. On the other hand, it is stated that the glass nail file is specifically designed for nail grinding. It is logical that the roughening of this glass nail file had to be somewhere in the range of 10 to 100 microns, expressed by the most commonly used technical parameter Ra according to the valid ČSN EN ISO 4287, in order to ensure the abrasive effect at all.
From the valid domestic patents describing a glass nail file, the Czech utility model CZ 6492, whose subject-matter of protection according to the main patent claim is a glass body and roughening of at least a part of its surface roughness ranging from 10 and above 100 micrometers. However, the content of this patent does not define a particular technical parameter of said roughening nor a way of measuring it.
In principle, all the protected solutions described are based on two basic factors. The first factor is the use of glass as a starting material for the production of a glass nail file, and the second factor is the roughness of its abrasive surfaces, which are generally well known and commonly used, corresponding to the purpose of use of individual files, including files made of glass. From the point of view of utility properties it can generally be stated that the resulting quality of treated nails and other body parts by means of glass nail files is dependent on roughening of the abrasive surface. Furthermore, the finer the roughness of the sanding surface, the better the subsequent abrasion of the nail. Roughening of the abrasive surface below 10 micrometers, expressed in Ra, using the known etching and curing techniques of glass panes, no longer guarantees the desired abrasive effect, which is analogous to any file type even in case of roughening of its abrasive surfaces above 100 micrometers.
V rámci předběžně realizované patentové rešerše u příležitosti zpracováváni této přihlášky užitného vzoru byly kromě již citovaných patentových spisů dále v rámci provedené patentové rešerše prošetřeny obsahy patentů US 3 866 618, 5 119 839, 4 422 465, 2 699 791, 5 361 786, 2 308 624, 5 821 184, 3 648 318, 5 036 731 a 5 292 352, německého patentu DE 3627571, kanadského patentu CA 2 142 949 a holandského patentu NL 38337.In the context of the prior patent search on the occasion of processing this utility model application, in addition to the aforementioned patents, the contents of U.S. Pat. Nos. 3,866,618, 5,119,839, 4,422,465, 2,699,791, 5,361,786, 2, 308 624, 5 821 184, 3 648 318, 5 036 731 and 5 292 352, German patent DE 3627571, Canadian patent CA 2 142 949 and Dutch patent NL 38337.
Závěrem popisu dosavadního stavu techniky lze na základě uvedených skutečností konstatovat, že princip využití skla pro pilníky k úpravě nehtů je znám z výše uvedeného švýcarského patentuTo conclude from the description of the prior art, it can be stated from the above that the principle of using glass for nail files is known from the aforementioned Swiss patent.

CH 237277 již od roku 1943 s tím, že obecně známé rozsahy zdrsnění brusných ploch veškerých pilníků, včetně pilníků vyrobených ze skla, vyjádřených nej používanějším technickým parametrem Ra podle ČSN EN ISO 4287 v rozsazích cca od 10 do 100 mikrometrů nemohou být předmětem ochrany pilníků z jakéhokoliv materiálu, neboť uvedený rozsah zdrsnění je dlouhodobě známým stavem techniky.CH 237277 since 1943, with the generally known abrasion range for all files, including those made of glass, expressed in the most commonly used technical parameter Ra according to EN ISO 4287 in the range of about 10 to 100 micrometers of any material, since said roughening range has long been known in the art.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
The above-mentioned drawbacks are largely eliminated by a multipurpose cosmetic file, particularly for nail treatment and for the removal of horned skin on the hands and feet, which consists of a glass body, which is characterized in that the glass body is roughened on at least one of its abrasive surfaces. a technical parameter Ra of less than 10 micrometers, and / or the glass body is provided with roughening on at least one of its abrasive surfaces, expressed by a technical parameter Ra greater than 100 micrometers, the glass body being of tempered glass.
Multipurpose cosmetic file according to this technical solution allows above all better quality nail treatment and more effective removal of horned skin on the hands and feet. For proper function it is advantageous that the thickness of the glass body, or its profile and shape, correspond to the needs of the future use of the glass nail file, especially with regard to the amount of pressure exerted on the abrasive surfaces of the glass body during nail treatment or hands and feet.
It is natural that both the roughening of the abrasive surface for nail treatment and the roughening of the abrasive surface for removing horned skin on the hands and feet, according to the present invention, can also be utilized separately. In these cases, these disposable cosmetic files are provided with only one type of roughening.
Vyššími výslednými efekty, vyplývajícími z využití víceúčelového kosmetického pilníku na nehty podle tohoto technického řešení, je jednak vyšší brusný účinek, a dále větší odolnost obou druhů extrémních zdrsnění proti mechanickému opotřebení, přičemž současně se dosáhne vyšší kvality opracovaní povrchů při zachování všech výhod, vyplývajících z pilníku, vyrobeného ze skla, reprezentovaných především bezproblémovou údržbou a odoláváním vůči korozi. The higher resultant effects resulting from the use of the multipurpose nail file according to the present invention are, firstly, a higher abrasive effect and a greater resistance of both types of extreme roughening to mechanical wear, while at the same time achieving higher surface finish quality while retaining all the advantages file made of glass, represented mainly by trouble-free maintenance and corrosion resistance.

Příklady provedení technického řešeníExamples of technical solution
Víceúčelový kosmetický pilník podle obr. 1 sestává ze skleněného tělesa J. Jedna brusná plocha 2 skleněného tělesa J je opatřena zdrsněním 3, vyjádřeným technickým parametrem Ra menším než 10 mikrometrů podle platné ČSN EN ISO 4287. Brusná plocha 5 skleněného tělesa J je pak opatřena zdrsněním 4, vyjádřeným technickým parametrem Ra větším než 100 mikrometrů podle platné ČSN EN 4287.The multipurpose cosmetic file according to Fig. 1 consists of a glass body J. One abrasive surface 2 of the glass body J is provided with a roughening 3, expressed by a technical parameter Ra of less than 10 micrometers according to valid EN ISO 4287. 4, expressed by the technical parameter Ra greater than 100 micrometers according to valid ČSN EN 4287.
Dosažení zdrsnění 3, vyjádřeného technickým parametrem Ra menším než 10 mikrometrů podle platné ČSN EN ISO 4287 a zdrsnění 4, vyjádřeného technickým parametrem Ra větším než 100 mikrometrů podle platné ČSN EN ISO 4287 na jeho brusných plochách 2 a 5 je dosaženo využitím nové technologie chemického vyleptání brusných ploch 2 a 5 skleněného tělesa J aRoughness 3, expressed as a technical parameter Ra of less than 10 micrometers according to the valid ČSN EN ISO 4287 and roughening 4, expressed as a technical parameter of Ra more than 100 micrometers, according to the valid ČSN EN ISO 4287 on its abrasive surfaces 2 and 5 grinding surfaces 2 and 5 of the glass body J a
-2 CZ 12134 Ul následným využitím nové technologie chemického vytvrzení brusných ploch 2 a 5 skleněného tělesa I.12134 U1 by subsequent use of the new technology of chemical hardening of the grinding surfaces 2 and 5 of the glass body I.
A two-sided different roughening of the abrasive surfaces 2 and 5 of the glass body I is achieved by providing the glass sheet on the abrasive surface before the first etching of its abrasive surfaces 2 and 5 for roughening 4, expressed as Ra with a technical parameter greater than 100 micrometers. 2. After etching of the abrasive surface 5, the protective coating is removed from the abrasive surface 2 and etched to the abrasive surface 3, expressed by the technical parameter Ra less than 10 micrometers according to the valid ČSN EN ISO 4287. During the etching of the abrasive surface 2, the opposite abrasive surface 5 is etched at the same time. By using the ornamental glass type as the starting material of the glass body i, which is already preformed with profiled roughening, 4, expressed by technical parameter Ra greater than 500 micrometers according to ČSN EN ISO 4287.
In the case of the production of multipurpose cosmetic files according to this invention with only one type of roughening of the abrasive surfaces 2 and 5 of the glass body I, the use of a protective coating before the first etching of the abrasive surface 5 is eliminated.
VI a 8.3 - KLGV.For measuring the roughness value of abrasive surfaces 2 and 5, expressed in the most commonly used technical parameter Ra, in this case less than 10 micrometers and greater than 100 micrometers, the Czech technical standard ČSN EN ISO 4287 is used. This follows the European standard EN ISO 4287; 1998, which has the status of a Czech technical standard and which was approved by the European Commission for Standardization in 1998. The used technical parameter Ra, specifying the degree of roughening of abrasive surfaces 2 and 5, is part of the valid European standard EN ISO 4287; Rz, which is already omitted in this valid European Standard and for this reason is professionally relevant for the purpose For measuring the roughening of grinding surfaces 2 and 5, the most modern measuring device HOMMEL TESTER T 2000 was used, whose standard was metrologically linked to national and international Standards using comparative measurement method using calibration procedures No. VI and 8.3 - KLGV.
