Abstract

The product packaging is based on a box and its principle is based on the fact that a board cover (6) bearing an artwork reproduction or a reproduction of commercial use is attached to at least one inner side (5) and/or at least one outer side (8) of the box. In the most convenient version the board cover (6) is attached to the inside (5) of the box with at least one cut-out hole (4), while it is pressed to the inside (5) by a holding-down flap (7).

Description

Technical field

The technical solution concerns the packaging for products, especially the packaging on which the reproduction of the work of art or its elements or the commercially commercial use is placed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Known product packages consist of a box, usually consisting of an upper lid and a lower lid (the bottom of the box). The lids or the sides of the box are provided with a fixed print of the graphic made in the printer according to the processed graphic design. The disadvantage of this solution is the low variability of changes, where any intervention in the processed packaging graphics is costly, because the entire process associated with the work of graphic studios, production of new films to the final change of print preparation, must be implemented. Any change on the packaging caused by even a partial change of graphics means a new production of permanent elements of the packaging. Printing in small batches of such packages is economically disadvantageous, in the printing of large batches of packages a considerable amount of money is bound in the packages, and also the operating space for storing the packages is occupied.

Packaging with lids with a translucent foil as part of a box for viewing articles in a sealed package are also known. The disadvantages of these packages are similar to those of the prior art.

The essence of the technical solution

The existing drawbacks of the known packaging are eliminated by the product packaging according to the invention, in particular the carton, which is based on the fact that at least one inner side of the box and / or at least one outer side of the box is associated with reproduction of a work of art. on a separate plate cover.

According to a first preferred embodiment of the invention, the plate cover is assigned to the inner side of the box provided with at least one cut-out opening and is pressed against this inner side by a pressure flap.

The pressure flap may be part of the box, eg its upper lid, but may also be a separate part inserted into the box. For commercial reasons, it is advantageous to place a motif of commercial commercial use or another motif of a work of art on the surface of a plate cover facing inwards of the box and pressed by a pressure flap.

According to a second embodiment of the invention, the plate cover is associated with a backing to the inside of the box provided with at least one penetration opening. This adhesive may be applied to the entire inner side of the box or only to a portion thereof - i.e., a portion of the upper or lower lid, or to a side.

According to a third embodiment of the invention, the plate kiyt is attached to the outside of the box by gluing, for example by adhering to the entire surface of the top lid of the box and thus covering the entire face side or only part of the face side. This application can be performed on any part of the box.

According to a fourth embodiment of the invention, the plate cover is associated with the box by inserting it between the outer side of the box, for example between the top lid and the transparent film with which the box is provided.

Although the four basic possibilities of associating a plate-bearing carrying a motif of a work of art with a box of packaging have been described, it is contemplated that the plate kiyt can be assigned to the box by a combination of attachments according to the above options, e.g.

The main benefit of the described technical solution is that a standard box, eg a food container, can be provided with various pictures and motifs, such as Christmas, seasons or important event motifs, by means of separate plate covers forming part of the packaging. individual groups of the consumer public.

The technical solution will significantly expand the range of packaging design and contribute to the attractiveness of the products offered. Another advantage of the technical solution is the savings in the area of storage space, because it is not necessary to order whole packages of certain motifs in advance, but it is sufficient to order only a specific motif created on the plate cover.

Examples of technical solution

The food product package according to FIGS. 1 to 5 consists of a box consisting generally of an upper lid 2 and a lower lid (not shown). At least one side of the box - top or bottom lid - is assigned a reproduction of a work of art or a commercial commercial use, created on a separate plate cover 6. While the technical solution has been explained in relation to the preferred embodiment described, it will be understood that many modifications and variations are possible without departing from the scope of the technical solution as claimed.
