Abstract
Μέθοδος για την παραγωγή μιας επιφανειακής δομής ενός εργαλείου συμπίεσης συγκεκριμένα μιας πλάκας πρέσας ή ενός ατέρμονα ιμάντα, για τη συμπίεση υλικών σε μορφή πάνελ, πλαστικών μεμβρανών, διαχωριστικών μεμβρανών, επιφανειών ΡVC, πλακιδίων LVTs (πολυτελή πλακίδια βινυλίου), χρεωστικών καρτών, διαβατηρίου, πιστωτικών καρτών ή πλαστικών καρτών η οποία πραγματοποιείται με τη βοήθεια μιας τρισδιάστατης δομής στρώσεων, η οποία περιλαμβάνει τουλάχιστον τα ακόλουθα βήματα: - Παροχή και χρήση ψηφιοποιημένων δεδομένων μιας τρισδιάστατης τοπογραφικής αποτύπωσης μιας επιφανειακής δομής, - Δημιουργία ψηφιοποιημένων δεδομένων μεμονωμένων δισδιάστατων στρωμάτων της τρισδιάστατης τοπογραφικής αποτύπωσης, - Χρήση των ψηφιοποιημένων δεδομένων από τα δισδιάστατα στρώματα για την καθοδήγηση της κεφαλής επεξεργασίας (28) ή / και την τοποθέτηση της σε επίπεδο συντεταγμένων x και y, ή για την παρακολούθηση ενός πίνακα εργασίας (21) σε ένα επίπεδο που εκτείνεται στις συντεταγμένες x και y απέναντι από μια κεφαλή μηχανικής επεξεργασίας (28) που βρίσκεται σε σταθερή θέση, προκειμένου ένα υλικό που αποτελείται από στρώματα να συνδεθεί με ένα υπάρχον υλικό φορέα ή ένα ήδη ολοκληρωμένο στρώμα ανάλογα με τα ψηφιοποιημένα δεδομένα των δισδιάστατων στρωμάτων.
