Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μία μέθοδο για την παροχή ενός ενσωματωμένου κυττάρου θηλαστικού, που περιλαμβάνει τα στάδια της παροχής ενός αλγινικού θειικού σε υδατικό διάλυμα, αντίδραση του θειικού αλγινικού για να σχηματίσει μια υδρογέλη σε ένα στάδιο ζελατινοποίησης, παρέχοντας ένα πρόδρομο κύτταρο, και την ενσωμάτωση του προδρόμου κυττάρου στην υδρογέλη θειωμένου αλγινικού σε ένα στάδιο ενσωμάτωσης, δίδοντας έτσι μια υδρογέλη θειωμένου αλγινικού ενσωματωμένου κυττάρου.
