Abstract

Πτερωτή για φυγοκεντρική συσκευή τεμαχισμού τροφίμων, περιλαμβάνουσα ένα έλασμα βάσης κι' ένα τουλάχιστον σύνολο τμημάτων πτερυγίου, προσαρμοσμένων επί της πλάκας βάσης και προβλεπόμενων για την μετάδοση φυγοκέντρου δυνάμεως στα προς τεμαχισμό τρόφιμα. Κάθε σύνολο περιλαμβάνει εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά τμήματα πτερυγίου ορίζοντας τουλάχιστον ένα πρώτο επίπεδο κι' ένα δεύτερο επίπεδο κοπής, με τα εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά τμήματα πτερυγίου να είναι μετατοπισμένα τα μεν ως προς τα δε κατά την ακτινική και την γωνιακή διεύθυνση της πτερωτής, κατά τρόπο που να δημιουργείται ένα ασφαλές διαμέρισμα για το τρόφιμο το οποίο βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο επίπεδο.
