Η καμπυλότητα της χειρολαβής (2) έχει κοίλο μέρος που βλέπει την επιφάνεια μαγειρέματος (3) και το ελεύτερο άκρο (8) είναι σε ύψος (h) εν σχέσει προς οριζόντιο επίπεδο ανάπαυσης του τηγανιού (1), ψηλότερα από το ύψος του συνδεδεμένου άκρου (6) της χειρολαβής (2).
