Abstract

Πρόκειται για μία μέθοδο για την συσκευασία πίσσας, ιδιαίτερα δε πίσσας οδοποιίας, σε μονόδρομες μονάδες μεταφοράς μεγάλου όγκου για τη μεταφορά της πίσσας σε ψυχρή κατάσταση. Για να μπορούν να γεμίζουν και να ανακυκλώνονται, σύμφωνα με την εφεύρεση, τέτοιες μονόδρομες μονάδες μεταφοράς (13), κατασκευάζονται οι προαναφερόμενες μονόδρομες μονάδες συσκευασίας από εύκαμπτο πλαστικό με σημείο τήξης, το οποίο κυμαίνεται μεταξύ 20° και 50°C πάνω από το σημείο μαλακτοποίησης της πίσσας, όπου η πίσσα πριν την πλήρωση των μονάδων ψύχεται σχεδόν μέχρι το σημείο μαλακτοποίησης της εκάστοτε πίσσας που υφίσταται επεξεργασία. Μία εγκατάσταση για την υλοποίηση αυτής της μεθόδου έχει ένα πλακοειδή εναλλάκτη θερμότητας (6) για την ψύξη της πίσσας, στον οποίο διατηρείται διαφορά θερμοκρασίας από 10° έως 25° C μεταξύ του ψυκτικού μέσου και της πίσσας στην έξοδο του εναλλάκτη θερμότητας.
