Abstract
El mismo se relaciona con la construcción de edificios mediante la técnica de la prefabricación. El objetivo fundamental es la simplificación de uniones entre componentes constructivos prefabricados con el óptimo resultado económico. Consiste el sistema en la utilización de doble viga con diafragma transversales espaciados modularmente y cerrado por su parte superior con una losa, producido el conjunto como un solo componente industrial. La losa mencionada puede ser suprimida durante el proceso industrial de fabricación, a distancias modulares según se desee, para formar el vaso por el que pasaría la columna de varios niveles. La unión entre viga y columna se logra con un hormigón in situ del anillo que queda entre la columna y el vaso sin ser necesario la utilización de refuerzo para este hormigón u otros como pasadores, soldaduras etc. Para lograr que el hormigón in situ mencionado sea capaz de soportar y transmitir las fuerzas cortantes y el momento flector que debe resistir la unión, las dos caras interiores de las vigas como las dos caras de la columna vienen dotados desde la industria, con estrías dispuestas en planos inclinados capaces de garantizar el objetivo propuesto. Estos componentes constructivos prefabricados son aplicables a la obtención de sistemas estructurales que pueden ser utilizados en edificaciones para: Edificios Públicos Laboratorios Centros de Ensenanza Superior Hospitales.It is related to the construction of buildings using the prefabrication technique. The fundamental objective is the simplification of unions between prefabricated construction components with the optimum economic result. The mentioned slab can be removed during the industrial manufacturing process, at modular distances as desired, to form the vessel through which the multilevel column would pass. The union between beam and column is achieved with a concrete in situ of the ring that remains between the column and the vessel without the need to use reinforcement for this concrete or others such as pins, welds, etc. In order to achieve that the mentioned concrete in situ is capable of supporting and transmitting the shear forces and the bending moment that the joint must resist, the two interior faces of the beams, as well as the two faces of the column, are provided from the industry, with grooves arranged in inclined planes capable of guaranteeing the proposed objective. These prefabricated construction components are applicable to obtaining structural systems that can be used in buildings for: Public Buildings Laboratories Centers of Higher Education Hospitals.
