Abstract
Se presenta un sistema de molienda de cana de azúcar que consta de módulos de molinos trituradores de dos (1,3) mazas o tres (1, 2, 3) mazas, dispuestos en tándem (serie) y además, uno o más de dichos módulos de molinos, y al lado de dicho sistema por lo menos una Masa Alimentadora Dentada, con o sin perforaciones (9,4) y dotado medios para la extracción del guarapo en forma de raspador con deflector corto (7), para alimentar un colchón compacto de cana o del bagazo preparados directamente a la línea de contacto de las mazas trituradoras del (de los) módulo(s) (sin que haya que utilizar un conducto de presión fijo cerrado, generalmente necesario en el sistema existente de alimentación del molino de cana. El colchón de cana preparada es suministrado a la misma velocidad periférica de las mazas de los molinos trituradores (1, 2) sin que haya cambios sustanciales de dirección, y separando el guarapo superficial e incluyendo un transportador a presión para la extracción del guarapo para separar el guarapo extra que no ha sido absorbido, así como extraer el guarapo absorbido del bagacillo.
