Abstract
Description
Také se touto technikou 2 vlákni té rouno zbavovalo nečistot.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a lining of combing rollers, in particular wool and cotton combing machines, consisting of a set of combs, of axially spaced, sawtoothed die cuts. The combing rollers are either lined with needles or, alternatively, in recent times, preferably wire or cut-outs with sawtooth-like teeth. In previous conventional mostly needle liners, loose needles were soldered into so-called barretts. The needles were inserted into so-called assembly gravures, their spikes leveled, and then the needles were fixed with a tin solder to the bar-lip. The needles of each barrett had a certain density. By density it means the pitch in the longitudinal direction between the needle tips. Usually the first row had four needles. Per cm, that is the axial pitch of the needles was 2.5 mm. In the second barrett, 6 needles per cm were arranged in the longitudinal direction. The needle tips spaced the barrett accordingly to the barrett. Thus, for example, in the last row of needles, the density of already 32 needles per cm. This arrangement achieves a gentle suction of wool and cotton fibers. Also, with this technique 2 fibers, the fleece is free of impurities.
To ved-lo k přetrhávání vláken a k neoptimálnímu vyčesávání rouna.By improving the combing machines in terms of the pumping frequency per minute and increasing the feeding of the combed material, the delicate needle tips have been overloaded, so that a gradual transition to the sawtooth lining is progressively increasing. Typically, these arrangements were made of an endless, so-called scraping wire. Certain lengths were bent out of this scraping wire and bent into a radius corresponding to the picking roll and fixed longitudinally to the picking roller. The pitch of the tines in the longitudinal direction, i.e. parallel to the axis of rotation of the combing roller, was determined by the thickness of the scraping wire used. This method of cladding compared to the needle cladding has the advantage that the service life is substantially increased. However, the lack of such cladding was that. radial. the pitch of the spikes was the same from the first row of spikes to the last row, so it had to be accepted that the spacing of the first row of spikes was not gentle, since the spike pitch of the spikes had to be adjusted at its density to achieve even better vyesání. This led to fiber breakage and non-optimal combing of the fleece.
It has already been known that an improvement can be achieved by dividing the load onto the sub-segments, wherein the axial spacing of the tips decreases from segment to segment. However, the density of the needle tips with four needles per cm was not achieved since the scraping wire could not be made thin enough. DE-GM 84 30 562 discloses a cladding corresponding to the kind in which the sawtooth cladding is formed by individual sawtooth cuts arranged side by side in the form of ridges & withdrawn from each other. In order to improve the engagement of the teeth of these saw-tooth cuts in the fiber web, it is already known from the aforementioned publication that the teeth are spaced apart from each other so that the height of the tips, the pitch of the spikes in one section and the angle of the tooth flanks are reduced in the direction of the brushing direction. However, a substantial improvement in the engagement ratios has already been achieved, however, in the optimum case of high durability of such linings, it has not been possible to reconcile with the advantageous shooting conditions known from needle linings.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cladding of the aforementioned type in order to obtain an improved lining ratio of the lining to a high grade combing.
S výhodou je zajištěno, že rozdělení hrotů se v jednomhřebeni vždy po m výsecích periodicky opakuje, To znamená,že vždy přední hroty spolu s hroty následujícími vytvářejípravidelnou periodickou strukturu například tvaru V.According to the invention, this object is achieved by providing saw-toothed cuts in a single rack with a different number of tips in one cut. This makes it possible to increase the density of the tines from the first row of tines in the rearward direction of the tuft, so that a fine and gentle engagement is avoided, avoiding rupturing of the fibers in the combination with the dense traps sufficient to achieve an excellent tuft effect. This is preferably accomplished by the fact that the cuts of one ridge - 4 - τ m & m are the same basic geometric shape, wherein the number of teeth is different from the front end in the direction opposite the combing direction. each section is divided proportionally, by omitting a certain number of front teeth, so that only a smooth, continuous heel remains in this region. Preferably, it is ensured that the spike distribution is repeated periodically over m cuts in each case, that is to say, the front spikes, together with the spikes thereafter, form a regular periodic structure, e.g.
In particular, it can be ensured that, in one period, the cut-outs with saw teeth with m-1 teeth can always be adjacent to the cut-out with a maximum of teeth. This ensures that the density of the prongs from the front rows of teeth in the anti-directional direction is increased. Naturally, the difference in the number of teeth at adjacent cuts may also be greater than 1, or may progressively change from the front to the rear. Advantageously, spacers known per se can be interposed between the sawtooth-toothed cut-outs in order to be able to adjust the spacing of the spikes adapted to the specific sack.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The preferred exemplary embodiment of the lining according to the invention with reference to the drawings is described in more detail below. FIG. 1 is an elevational view of the successive die cuts with a helical toothing of a single rack with different number of teeth; FIG. 2 shows a section A-A of the section of FIG. 1; Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the cutouts of Fig. 1 as a cutout of one ridge; FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of the spacer; Fig. 5 is a sectional view taken along line B-B of Fig. 4; obr-. 6 illustrates the distribution of spikes in one ridge; FIG. 7 shows the embodiment of FIG. 6 with spacers. Saw-toothed cuts shown in FIG. 1 have a common basic shape, i.e. they have a heel portion 2 with a plurality of teeth 3, wherein the teeth are formed such that the teeth at the front end of the 5th cutout in the brushing direction / arrow 4 / they have a larger H-point height and a larger D-tip pitch.
Tak vznikne periodické o-pako.vání po každém m tém výseku, přičemž v daném provedeníje m = 8.Accordingly, the individual cuts differ in that by discharging the foremost tooth 3, starting from the cut 1A with the cutters, the cut 1b has n-1 teeth, cut 1G n-2 teeth, cut 1D n-3 teeth and cut 1S n-4 teeth. In this embodiment, these 5 different die cuts are pulled apart parallel to the axis of rotation to the ridge 6 shown in the cut-out in FIG. 3 so that following the maximum number of teeth 1A, the following cutouts have a gradually decreasing number of teeth, until it reaches the PS section with a minimum number of teeth, followed by a recess. with a number of teeth one greater, etc. until the 1A with the maximum number of teeth is reached again. This results in a periodic period after each cut, with m = 8 in the present embodiment.
Na obr. 6 je žřetelně patrno rozdělení hrotů, vyplýva-jící z takového řazení výseků. Přitom má výsek _1_, znázorněnýv.řezu na obr. 2, šířku S. V první řadě hrotů /první Sp./vykazují dva v jedné řadě sousedící zuby 3. rozteč S x 16, vedruhé řadě /druhé Sp./ rozteč S x 8, ve třetí řadě /třetí Sp./rozteč S x 4, ve čtvrté řadě /čtvrtá Sp./ rozteč S x 2 a v pá-té řadě /pátá Sp./ a ve všech následujících řadách roztečS odpovídající šířce výseku j_. ’-θίπι vznikne sestává., u nížna předním konci 5. hřebene 6. napřed vystupují jednotlivé zu-by 3 do tvaru V, přičemž dále směrem dozadu hustoty hrotůpřibývá. 5. Umožní se například šířka průřezu výseků s pilo-vitým ozubením 0,3 mm. Tento rozměr se volí podle použitípro vlnu nebo bavlnu, přičemž těmito distančními vložkami jemožno získat ještě jiné varianty.FIG. 6 shows the spike distribution resulting from such a cutting operation. In this case, the section 1 shown in the section in FIG. 2 has a width S. In the first row of spikes / first sp./, there are two adjacent teeth 3 in one row. The spacing S x 16, second row / second sp./ spacing S x 8 , in the third row (third Sp / S x 4 spacing, in the fourth row / fourth Sp./ spacing S x 2 and in the fifth row (fifth Sp./) and in all subsequent rows the spacing corresponding to the width of the slice 1. '-Èίπι arises, at the lower front end of the 5th ridge 6, the individual V-shaped protrusions 3 protrude first, with the tip densities increasing further towards the rear. Thus, a gentle conclusion of the lining of the ridges, preferably mounted on the circular comb segments with the fibrous web, is achieved. According to the results, the percentage of combing with these gentle combs increases considerably. Above all, it is important that, thanks to this arrangement, the following ridge segments can again be finer, so that a more efficient, clean combing of the fibrous web is possible. In the embodiment according to FIG. Δ, the essential construction is similar, except that the female insert of the spacing insert 7 with a cross-sectional width S as shown in FIG. mm. This dimension is chosen according to the use for wool or cotton, with other spacers obtainable by these spacers.
