Abstract

The solution concerns a device for spatial delimiting, measuring and sensing feet of perpendicular lines of bended laser (7) beam (6') axis in large rotating industrial objects like large rotation furnaces. The device consists of tripods (3, 3') carrying a guiding track (2), which is equipped with a tiltable optical measuring set (1) with rectangular pentagonal prism (15) and a traverse target (8). The guiding track (2) is formed by a shaped lath with a cut (14), near one of whose edges there is a length scale (4) and in its recession there is a freely and tiltably arranged hollow shiftable carrier (5). On one end of the carrier (5) there is a centrically positioned target (8) and on the other end there is a freely rotating sleeve (10) with the rectangular pentagonal prism (15), whose input surface is positioned in the axis of the laser (7) beam (6) and the output surface is oriented towards a window (9). On the surface of the sleeve /10/ there is a graduation line (12) in the form of a circular sector oriented to the centre of the window (14) in the plane perpendicular to the length scale (4) with rule. The solution can be used for measuring large rotation furnaces and for investment construction, where increased accuracy and operative solutions are required. It is particularly suitable for measuring hardly accessible points and position changes.<IMAGE>
