Abstract

The solution concerns a method of cyclohexane oxidation in liquid phase under pressure of gases containing oxygen in presence of catalysers that contain salts of metals with variable valence, mainly cobalt naphthenate, at a temperature ranging from 150 to 200 degrees C during maintaining the degree of conversion up to 5 percent, performed in more than one reaction stage in bubbling system. The solution consists in the fact that in the cyclohexane introduced in the reactor the concentration of cobalt naphthenate of 0.2 to 5 ppm is maintained, related to cobalt, while the extreme concentration of oxygen dissolved inside the liquid phase in the individual reaction stages is maintained within the range of 31.1x10<-4> moles/dm<3> at a temperature of 150 degrees C to 5.0x10<-5> moles/cm<3> at the temperature of 200 degrees C, where the maximum concentration of the dissolved oxygen for intermediate stage parameters corresponds to linearly interpolated values.
