The apparatus is intended for the controlled heating of plastics compositions, particularly molten polymers, during flow between a plasticiser 1 and a nozzle 3. Description

(57) Reěení se týká zařízení pro ohřev plastických hmot na stanovenou teplotu konkrétně roztavení polymerů v průběhu výchozího formování. Cílem řešení je zatřízení, které umožní zpracování materiálu citlivého na teplo,, např. PVC, metodou výchozího formování. Přitom je nutno dosáhnout vysokou technologickou, stabilitu průběhu zpracování při nízkých nákladech, vysoké jakosti výrobků a zamezení zdraví škodlivých pracovních podmínek zajištěním dobrého tekutého stavu materiálu při krátkodobém tepelném zatížení· Podstata řešení spočívá v tom, že se plastická hmota zahřívá při využití disipačního jevu tak, že se mezi plastikátor a hrdlo umístí zařízení s jedním disipačním prvkem opatřeným štěrbinovými propustnými otvory. Řešení umožňuje zpracování, zvláště metodou odlévání pod tlakem, materiálů citlivých <ja teplo, jako např.
