Abstract
Riešenie sa týká zariadenia na značenie najma alternátorov po vizuálnej kontrole. Podstatou riešenia je, že na fréme je upevněný pneumatický válec, ktorého piestnica je opatřená telesom. V telese je na čapoch uložená konzola tvoriaca zadné čelo hydraulického valca. V mieste krajných poloh konzoly sú upevněné teleso v prednej časti ktorého sú vytvořené palce a vedenie piestnice hydraulického valca opatrenej na čele otvorom pre značiaci razník. Piest hydraulického valca je v telese odpružený pružinami.The solution relates to a device for marking the most alternators after visual inspection. Vynález sa týká zariadenia na značenie najma alternátorov po vizuálněj kontrole.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for marking alternators after visual inspection.
Doteraz sa značenie vykonávalo ručně alebo strojně odvalovaním za pomoci vačky aleboodvalovaním prostredníctvom hydrauliky. V telese je na čapoch uložená konzola tvoriaca zadné čelo hydraulického valca. V miestekrajných polóh konzoly sú upevněné pružné členy. Na konzole je upevněné teleso v prednejčasti ktorého sú vytvořené palce a vedenie piestnice hydraulického valca. Piestnica jeopatřená na čele otvorom pre značiaci razník.
