Abstract
Riešenie sa týká regulácie přívodu teplo nosného média do vyhrievacieho telesa. Podstata je v tom, že riadiaci mechanizmus regulačnej jednotky přívodu teplonosného média do vyhrie vacieho telesa pozostáva z regulačnej tyče s vý- stupkom, ktorej jeden koniec sa opiera o dila- tačný člen a druhý koniec sa opiera o uzatvára- cí člen škrtiaceho prvku přívodu teplonosného média do vyhrievacieho telesa a zo zubu otočné upevněného na čap, pričom na čapě je tiež otočné upevněná i páka opierajúca sa svojím dorazom o zub. Riešenie je možné využiť najma v stavebníctve pri regulácii přívodu páry do vertikálnych foriem pri výrobě stavebných dielcov.The solution concerns the regulation of the heat transfer medium supply to the heating element. The essence is that the control mechanism of the regulation unit of the heat transfer medium supply to the heating element consists of a regulating rod with a protrusion, one end of which rests on the expansion member and the other end rests on the closing member of the throttling element of the heat transfer medium supply to the heating element, and of a tooth rotatably mounted on a pin, while a lever is also rotatably mounted on the pin, resting with its stop on the tooth. The solution can be used especially in the construction industry for regulating the supply of steam to vertical molds in the production of building components.

Vynález sa týká regulácie přívodu teplonosného média do vyhrievacieho telesa. V siíčasnosti sa používajú rdzne zariadenia na reguláciu přívodu teplonosného média dovyhrievacieho telesa. Ich spoločnou nevýhodou je zložitosť, malá odolnost voči hrubému zaob-chádzaniu a v případe opráv nutnost zásahu speciálně školených pracovníkov. Vzhladom k uvede-ným nedostatkem je v hrubých prevádkach (například v panelárňach) obtiažne zabezpečit'spola-hlivo fungujúcu reguláciu přívodu preteplovacieho média k vyhrievaciemu telesu (formě).BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Podstata vynálezu je v tom, že riadiaci mechanizmus regulačnej jednotky přívodu teplonos-ného média do vyhrievacieho telesa pozostáva z regulačnej tyče s výstupkom, ktorej jedenkoniec sa opiera o dilatačný člen a druhý koniec sa opiera o uzatvárací člen škrtiaceho prvkupřívodu teplonosného média do vyhrievacieho telesa a zo zubu otočné upevněného na čap, pričomna čapě je tiež otočné upevněná i páka opierajúca sa svojím dorazom o zub. Výhodou riešenia je, že pomocou jednoduchého mechanizmu umožňuje pri riadení přívoduteplonosného média do vykurovacieho telesa využívat automatický režim ovládania. Nie je po-třebný přívod iných druhov energie (elektrická, stlačený vzduch). Ďalšou výhodou je odolnostvoči hrubému zaobchádzaniu.
