Description
Vynález sa týká navíjania cievok nekruhového tvaru. Nevýhodou týchto riešení je, že mechanický ovládací systém nie je pri vyšších rýchlostiach ovládatelný, resp. je podrobený silnému opotrebeniu. Je dalej známy vyrovnávací systém s relativné malými hmotami na navíjacom ramene, resp. v přívode drátu. Vyrovnávanie sa uskutočňuje tak, že sa drát vedie cez vačkový kotúč obiehajúci s navíjacím ramenom, ktorý tak prevádza vlastný pohyb, ktorý zodpovedá dvojnásobným otáčkám navíjacieho ramena /DE - AS 2 414 302/, eliptický tvar, takže v určitej miere sa týmto uskutočňuje vyrovnanie rozdielne silného tahu drátu. Známy je i navíjací stroj pre stipovite odkloněné cievky /DE - OS 1 564 857/. V oboch posledných zaríadeníach sa používajú ovinuté kladky, ktoré v súčinnosti s vačkovým kotúčom resp. s dalšou ovinutou kladkou tvoria trojuholnik. V závislosti na pohybe navíjacieho telesá sa ovládá velkost trojuholnika tak, aby sa uskutočnilo úplné vyrovnanie nekontinuálneho pohybu drátu. Nevýhodou týchto riešení je, že musí byt pre vačkový kotúč, resp. tretiu ovinutú kladku k dispozícii přídavný pohon, a tento mechanický systém je pri vysokých rýchlostiach opat podrobený mechaniskému opotrebovaniu.There are known solutions (DD-PS 121 855, DE-OS 2 152 185) which attempt to compensate for these fluctuating wire speeds in one revolution by controlling the winding speed.
