Abstract
Riešenie sa týká zariadenia na vyhadzovanie a zakladanie najma puzdrených súčiastok z paliet, v ktorých sú súbory týchto sú čiastok počas puzdrenia uložené. Zariadenie pozostáva z tandemového valca tvořeného horným valcom a spodným valcom. Piestnica spodného valca je upevněná na držiaku spojeného s konzolou. K veku horného· valca je připevněný nosný rám, v ktorom sú prestavitelne uložené kuželové hroty. Na piestnicu horného· valca je uchytená doska s vyhadzovacími telesami.The solution relates to a device for ejecting and loading, in particular, encapsulated components from pallets in which sets of these components are stored during encapsulation. The device consists of a tandem cylinder formed by an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder. The piston rod of the lower cylinder is mounted on a holder connected to a console. Riešenie sa týká zariadenia na vyhadzovanie a zakladanie najmá puzdrených súčiastok z paliet, v ktorých sú súbory týchto súčiastok počas puzdrenia uložené. Zariadenie pozostáva z tandemového valca tvořeného horným valcom a spodným valcom. Piestnica spodného valca je upevněná na držiaku spojeného s konzolou. K veku horného· valca je připevněný nosný rám, v ktorom sú prestavitelne uložené kuželové hroty. Na piestnicu horného· valca je uchytená doska s vyhadzovacími telesami.

Vynález sa týká zariadenia na vyhadzovanie a zakladanie najmá puzdrených súčiastok, ako rózne typy integrovaných obvodov a tranzistorov z paliet, v ktorých sú súbory týchto súčiastok počas puzdrenia uložené.
Pri puzdrení sú súčiastky zastreknuté puzdriacou hmotou a po vytvrdnutí je ich potřebné z paliet vyberať. Vzhladom k tomu, že zapuzdrené súbory postupujú na ďalšie strojně spracovanie, je potřebné, aby sa celý zástrek vybral pokial možno nepoškodený. Doteraz sa na vyberanie používali jednoduché pomůcky (skrutkováky, rózne páčidla, pinzety), ktorými sa mohli zapuzdrené súčiastky poškodit. Velmi nepriaznivým faktorom pre ručné vyberanie je vysoká teplota paliet (až 170 QČ) a tiež nízká úroveň formy práce. Nevýhodou je, že ručné vyberanie puzdrených súčiastok nie je vhodné pre automatizáciu procesu puzdrenia.
Vyššie uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje zariadenie na vyhadzovanie a zakladanie najma puzdrených súčiastok, ktorého podstatou je, že pozostáva z tandemového valca tvořeného horným valcom a spodným valcom. Piestnica spodného valca je upevněná na držiaku spojeného s konzolou. K veku horného valca je připevněný nosný rám, v ktorom sú prestavitelne uložené kuželové hroty. Na piestnici horného valca je uchytená doska s vyhadzovacími telesami. Výhodou zariadenia na vyhadzovanie a zakladanie najmá puzdrených súčiastok je, že zariadenie je možné použiť v mechanizovaných, automatizovaných prevádzkach i pri ručných poloautomatických zariadeniach na puzdrenie súčiastok.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for ejecting and setting up particularly encapsulated components, such as various types of integrated circuits and transistors from pallets in which sets of these components are stored during encapsulation.
When encapsulated, the components are covered with a sheathing material and after curing it is necessary to remove them from the pallets. Since encapsulated files proceed to further machine processing, it is necessary that the entire apron be removed as intact as possible. Until now, simple aids (screwdrivers, ratchets, tweezers) have been used to remove the encapsulated components. A very unfavorable factor for manual removal is the high temperature of the pallets (up to 170 QC) and also the low level of work. The disadvantage is that manually removing the encapsulated components is not suitable for automating the encapsulation process.
The aforementioned drawbacks are eliminated by a device for ejecting and setting up particularly packaged components, the essence of which is that it consists of a tandem cylinder formed by an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder. The lower cylinder piston is mounted on a bracket attached to the bracket. A support frame is attached to the top roller lid, in which the tapered tips are adjustable. The ejector plate is attached to the upper cylinder piston rod. The advantage of the device for ejecting and setting up the most encased parts is that the device can be used in mechanized, automated plants as well as in manual semi-automatic devices for encapsulating parts.
