Uvedeného účelu sa dosiahne zabezpečením kryštalickej štruktúry kovografitu kombináciou východzích surovin a technologického postupu. Vynález sa týká kovografitového materiálu s leštíacou schopnosťou filmu na 12 V spúšťačoch.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a metallographic material having a film polishing capability of 12V starters.
Doteraz používaný kovografitový materiál pre 12 V spušťače obsahuje velké množstvo médi a malý obsah grafitu. Použitý grafit je vločkový s nízkým obsahom popola. Obsah popola je menší ako 6—7 %. Nevýhodou doteraz používaného materiálu je malá tvrdost a pevnosť vzhladom na použitie velkého množstva kovu a vločkových krystalických zřn prírodného grafitu.The metal-graphite material used so far for 12 V starters contains a large amount of media and low graphite content. Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje kovografitový materiál s leštiacou schopnosťou filmu na 12 V spúšťačoch podlá vynálezu, ktorého podstatou je, Že materiál pozostáva z 55 až 70 °/o médi, 6—12 % olova, 0,5—3 °/o koksovacieho zvyšku a obsahuje 15—38,5 % grafitu s obsahom popola nad 10 % s malými krystalickými zrnami, kde 80 °/o krystalických častíc je menších ako 100 mikrometrov. Vynález zabezpečuje vysakú tvrdost a pevnosť materiálu. Krystalická konfigurácia jednotlivých komponentov a zvolený obsah popola v grafite zaisťujú tvorbu filmu na komutátore startéra a jeho hladký povrch.
