Abstract

Die Rundschleifmaschine zum Außen- und Innenschleifen mit NC-Steuerung weist einen Körper (1) mit Längsführungen, einen auf einem linken Längsschlitten (2) angebrachten Spindelstock (8), einen Support (16) auf einem Querschlitten (14) zum Innenschleifen und einen Support (29) zum Außenschleifen auf, der sich auf einem Schlitten befindet, der über auf einer Stütze montierten Querführungen geführt wird. Zwischen dem linken Längsschlitten (2) und dem Spindelstock (7) ist eine drehbare Platte (5) montiert, der Querschlitten (14) des Supports (16) zum Innenschleifen ist an einem rechten Längsschlitten (3) angebracht und es sind Einrichtungen (24, 25, 26, 32) zur aktiven Kontrolle beim Innenschleifen und beim Außenschleifen, zum Abrichten sowie zur axialen Orientierung des Werkstücks (11) vorgesehen. Die Rundschleifmaschine ermöglicht mit einmaligem Einspannen des Werkstückes das durchgehende Schleifen mehrstufiger zylindrischer und kegeliger Innen-, Außen- und Stirnflächen mit hoher Genauigkeit.
