Abstract
Zariadenia na tepelné vřtanie betonu pozostáva zo spaíovacej trúbky a prívodného potrubia kyslíka s uzatváracou páčkou a jeho podstatou je, že na přívodně potrubie kyslíka je napojená turbínka. Vonkajšia časť rotora turbínky je tvořená spalovacou trúbkou opatřenou vonkajším závitom. Vynález sa týká zariadenia na tepelné vrtanie betónu.The invention relates to a device for thermal drilling of concrete.
Na stavbách je často potřebné zhotovovat otvory pre montáž potrubia, elektroinštaácií a podobné. V súčasnosti sa otvory robia ručně sekáčom, elektrickou vřtačkou, alebo sa používá sposob tepelného vftania tzv. kyslíkovou kópiou. Pri ručnom sekaní otvorov sa velmi otupuje ostrie sekáča. Ak sa v betóne narazí na ocelovú výstuhu, táto sa musí odvřtať. Je známy i sposob vftania otvorov do betónu elektrickou príklepovou vřtačkou s použitím vrtákov s tvrdokovovými doštičkami. Oba sposoby sú fyzicky velmi namáhavé a velmi hlučné.
