Abstract
Podstatou riešenia je vytvorenie došky z najmenej dvoch vrstiev mákkej nelisovanej drevovláknitej došky alebo prírezov z ihličnatej suroviny, zlisovaných v kompaktnú a jednostranné tvarovaná došku. Spůsob výroby spočívá v tom, že celé formáty alebo přířezy popísaného materiálu sa uložia na seba a zlisujú sa bez použitia pojidiel a příměsí pri teplotách 170 až 230 °C, tlaku 2,0 až 6,0 MPa a době lisovania 3 až 15 minút.The essence of the solution is the creation of a thatch from at least two layers of soft non-pressed wood fiber thatch or blanks from coniferous raw material, pressed into a compact and one-sided shaped thatch. Popísaný sposob je známy v Rakúsku, avšak z hlediska dalšieho využitia je nevýhodný. Další spůsob používajúci tvarovanie predliskov s vysokým obsahom duromerov a plastomerov, používaný v NSR sice odstraňuje nevýhody prvého spůsobu, čo do variabilnosti vzorov tvarovania, ale vyžaduje zvýšené materiálové náklady na výrobu dosák.The invention is. relates to a one-sided shaped fibreboard and to its manufacturing process. Podstata sposobu výroby spočívá v tom, že celé formáty alebo přířezy z makkej nelisovanej drevovláknitej došky z ihličnatej suroviny sa uložia na seba v najmenej dvoch vrstvách medzi tvarované nástroje hydraulického lisu a zlisujú sa bez použitia pojidiel a příměsí pri teplotách 170-až 230 °C, tlaku 2,0 až 6,0 MPa a době lisovania 3 až 15 minút. Výhody spůsobu podlá vynálezu spočívajú v možnosti vyrábať jednostranné tvarované výlisky bez nárokov na investičně nenáročné strojno-technologické zariadenie, aj v jednoduchých hydraulických lisoch a to bez nárokov na potřebu nákladných přídavných látok.
