Description
Předmětem vynálezu je pochůdná, abrazi odolávající hydroizolační hmota, zejména pro zajištění devastovaných teras a balkónů proti postupu vody při vytvoření pochůdného povrchu. It is an object of the invention to provide a corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant waterproofing material, in particular for securing devastated terraces and balconies against the passage of water to form a walkable surface.
Tyto materiály jsou dvousložkové, samovolně stárnou o tvrdnou, mnohdy je nelze pro tyto vlastnosti vůbec použít, neboř zhotovené povlaky samovolně popraskají, zmenšuje se jejich fotochemická stálost a nelze je v podstatě vůbec použít pro venkovní úpravy, neboř pod slunečním zářením fotochemicky degradují a rozpadají se.Currently, polyester based materials, epoxy resins, and materials derived from these plastics are used for this purpose. These materials are two-component, self-aging and hard, often they cannot be used for these properties at all, because the coatings produced are self-cracking, their photochemical stability decreases and they cannot be used for outdoor treatment at all, because they are photochemically degraded under sunlight and disintegrate .
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje pochůdná, abrazi odolávající hydroizolaéní hmota podle vynálezu. Její podstata spočívá v tom, že sestává z 1 až 60 hmotnostních dílů odpadové smůly zbývající při vakuové destilaci při výrobě dimethyltereftalátu, 0,3 až 12 hmotnostních dílů změkčovadle, 0,8 až 20 hmotnostních dílů kopolymeru vinychloridu a vinyl aoetátu, 15 až 120 hmotnostních dílů rozpustidlové ketonické a aromatické báze a 3 až 55 hmotnostních dílů regenerační přísady. These drawbacks are overcome by the erosion-resistant abrasion-resistant waterproofing composition according to the invention. It consists of 1 to 60 parts by weight of the waste pitch remaining in the vacuum distillation process for the production of dimethyl terephthalate, 0.3 to 12 parts by weight of the plasticizer, 0.8 to 20 parts by weight of the copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, 15 to 120% by weight. and 3 to 55 parts by weight of a regenerating additive.
Odpadové smůla obsahuje 70 až 75 hmotnostních procent uhlíku, 20 až 25 hmotnostních procent kyslíku a 4 až 5 hmotnostních procent vodíku. The waste pitch contains 70 to 75 weight percent carbon, 20 to 25 weight percent oxygen and 4 to 5 weight percent hydrogen. The plasticizer may be formed, for example, by dibutyl phthalate, dioctyladipate or aliphatic light oils having a viscosity index of 40 to 50. The vinyl chloride copolymer contains 8 to 30 weight percent vinyl acetate.
The solvent ketonic and aromatic bases may be formed, for example, by acetone, toluene, or a combination thereof. The regenerative additive can be formed, for example, by polystyrene, a acrylonitrile and butadiene-styrene terpolymer or a combination thereof. The composition may further preferably contain 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of a colored pigment, for example iron (III) oxide, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide or chromium oxide.
This material is applied as a one-component material and can be successfully applied also on outdoor surfaces because it is photochemically stable. Furthermore, the composition exhibits permanent elasticity, so that the coatings formed therefrom do not break or crack, and so the outside water cannot flow into the joints and interfere with the flow of the structure to be protected.
Příkladné provedení poohůdných, abrazi odolávajících hydroizolačních hmot je uvedeno v následujících příkladech:An exemplary embodiment of the comfortable abrasion-resistant waterproofing materials is given in the following examples:

Obě hmoty byly připraveny dokonalým zhomogenizováním a podle požadavků odběratele případně architekta byly doplněny barevným pigmentem. Both materials were prepared by perfect homogenization and were supplemented with color pigment according to the requirements of the customer or architect.
In practice, both materials have been tested on a long-term basis on an outdoor substrate and were found to have photochemical stability and elasticity of the coating even after several years.
