Abstract
Předpokládané řešení se týká technologie cementů, zejména výroby hlinitanových cementů a může být realizován v řadě průmyslových odvětví, např. ve strojírenství. Cílem tohoto řeSení je sníženi velikosti deformací a zvýšení pevnosti cementového kameniva. Vytčeného cíle je dosaženo tím, že v pojivu, obsahujícím kalciumhlinitanový materiál a přísady, byl pro kalciumhlinitanový materiál zvolen částečně dehydrovaný hydrogranét vápnika s obecným vzorcem SCaO.A^Oj.xSiOg.yHgO, kde x = 0,01 až 0,40; y = 0,65 až 1,75, a pro přísady vápno, karbonáty a karbohlinitany kalcia v následujícím poměru složek podle váhy v částečně dehydrovaný hydrogranét vápníku s obecným vzorcem 3CaO.Al2O3.SiO2.yH2O, x = O,01 až 0,40; y = 0,65 až 1 ,75 vápno karbonáty vápníku karbohlinitany vápníku kde 25 až 97 0,5 až 10 1 až 50 1 až 30The proposed solution relates to cement technology, in particular the production of alumina cements, and can be implemented in a number of industrial sectors, e.g. in mechanical engineering.
