Abstract
Predmetom vynálezu je tlmič hluku a tlaku pri strelbe z velkorážových zbraní v skúšobných priestoroch. Účelom vynálezu je znížiť hluk a tlak pri strelbe z velkorážových zbraní. Uvedeného účelu sa dosiahne konštrukčným usporiadaním podlá vynálezu, ktorého podstatou je expanzná rúra (1), Íktorej obsah i prierez je podstatné vačší ako obsah a prierez hlavně. Výfukové plyny prúdiace z hlavně vysokou rýchlosťou a tlakom pri vtoku do expanznej rúry (1) následkom změny prierezu a obsahu expandujú. Ich rýchlosť, tlak, náraz na atmosféru a tým aj intenzita hluku a tlaku sa zníži.The subject of the invention is a noise and pressure damper for firing from large-caliber weapons in test areas. Predmetom vynálezu je tlmič hluku a tlaku pri strelbe z velkorážových zbraní v skúšobných priestoroch. Účelom vynálezu je znížiť hluk a tlak pri strelbe z velkorážových zbraní.
Uvedeného účelu sa dosiahne konštrukčným usporiadaním podl'a vynálezu, ktorého podstatou je expanzná rúra (1), ktorej obsah i prierez je podstatné váčší ako obsah a prierez hlavně. Výfukové plyny prúdiace z hlavně vysokou rýchlosťou a tlakom pri vtoku do expanznej rňry (1) následkom změny prierezu a obsahu expandujú. Vynález rieši tlmič hluku a tlaku pri strefbe z veíkorážových zbraní v skúšobných priestoroch.
Tlmiče hluku a tlaku sa u veíkorážových zbraní doteraz nevyskytovali. Proti uvedeným škodlivinám sa v skúšobných priestoroch používali kryty a železobetonové alebo dřevené steny, ktoré menia směr zvukových vín a priestory krytov čiastočne chránia, hlučnost však prakticky neznižujú. Hluk spůsobovaný doteraz vyrábanými a skúšanými velkorážovými zbraňami je velmi vysoký, avšak s ohladom na nižšiu pohybová energiu a kmitočet střely má spravidla nižší tón a je ešte znesitelný. V súčasnosti vyrábané a skúšané velkorážové zbraně sú však podstatné účinnejšie a tým ešte hlučnejšie. Vo· vzdialenosti 5 m od ústia hlavně spůsobujú hlučnost 195 dB a tlak 112 kPa. Vo vzdialenosti. 17 m od ústia hlavně hluk představuje ešte 174 dB. Sú to hodnoty vysoko nad dovolenu hranicu a obsahujúci personál je nimi priamo ohrožovaný. Používané železobetonové kryty neplnia požadovaný účel, hluk v nich nameraný činí viac ako 160 dB a v prilahlej chodbě až 177,5 dB a tlak 15 kPa. Aj kmitočet striel je podstatné vyšší, dosahuje až 5 kHz.
Uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje tlmič hluku‘Brtlaktrprí 'štrelbe z veíkorážových zbraní podl'a vynálezu, ktorého podstatou je, že pozostáva z exipanznej rúry a z plášťa obaleného pohltivým obkladom, výstuhami sú medzi sebou oddělené kanály medzi expanznou rúrou a plášťom, pričom expanzná rúra je opatřená prietokovými otvormi a podstavec, na ktorom je uložený celý tlmič, je opatřený gumovými podložkami. Příklad tlmiča hluku a tlaku z velfcorážových zbraní je znázorněný na výkrese, kde na obr. 1 ..je tlmič znázorněný v náryse a na obr. 2 je rez rovinou A—A z obr. 1.
Obsah i prierez expanznej rúry 1 je podstatné váčší ako obsah a prierez hlavně. Výfukové plyny prúdiace z hlavně vysokou rýchlosťou a tlakom pri vtoku do expanznej rúry 1 následkem změny prlerezu a obsahu expandujú. Ich rýchlosť, tlak, náraz na atmosféru a tým aj intenzita hluku a tlaku sa zníži. Výfukové plyny vytekajúce z hlavně budú expandovat do všetkých volných priestorov. Najvačšie množstvo pri expanzii narazí na steny expanznej rúry 1, upravenej v tlmiacej rúre 7 a pod uhlom dopadu sa odrazí do směru výtoku. Expanziou a nárazmi na steny sa počiatočná rýchlost obmedzí a bude spomalovať aj část plynov tečúcich priamo. Cast expandujúcich plynov prenikne prietokovými otvormi do priestoru medzi expanznú rúru 1 a plášť tlmiča 2 a do· atmosféry vytečie cez kanály medzi výstuhami 4. Rýchlosť prúdenia bude nižšia ako v expanznej rúre 1 a tým sa zamedzí nežiadúcej rezonancii samotného tlmiča. Tomu účelu bude slúžiť aj antivibračný nátěr a obalenie plášťa tlmiča 2 pohltivým obkladom 3 a uloženie tlmiča hluku podstavci 5 a na gumové podložky 6. Taktiež nastrelovacia lafeta bude gumovými podložkami od střeleckého stendu odizolovaná. Odklopný kryt 8, 9 zamedzuje šírenlu zvukových vín spátným smerom.
Expanznou rúrou, prietokovými otvormi a kanálmi sa dosiahne zníženie počiatočnej rýchlcsti a rovnomernejšie prúdenie plynov, tým aj miernejší přechod do vzdušného priestoru, zníženie hluku a tlaku. Najváčším prínosom tlmiča bude zníženie značného rizika, ochrana života a zdravia účastníkov skúšok zbraní.

The invention addresses the noise and pressure damper of strafing from multi-gun weapons in test areas.
So far, noise and pressure dampers have not been found in multi-gun weapons. Covers and reinforced concrete or wood walls were used in the test areas against these pollutants, which change the direction of the sound wines and the enclosure spaces are partially protected, but they practically do not reduce the noise level. The noise produced by the large caliber weapons so far produced and tested is very high, but with respect to lower kinetic energy and the frequency of the bullet, it is generally lower in tone and still tolerable. However, large-caliber weapons currently being manufactured and tested are significantly more efficient and even noisier. At a distance of 5 m from the muzzle, they cause a noise level of 195 dB and a pressure of 112 kPa. In the distance. 17 m from the muzzle, the noise is still 174 dB. They are values well above the permitted limit and the staff is directly threatened by them. The reinforced concrete covers used do not fulfill the desired purpose, the noise measured in them exceeds 160 dB and in the adjacent corridor up to 177.5 dB and pressure 15 kPa. The missile frequency is also significantly higher, reaching up to 5 kHz.
The above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the sound absorber of the multistage guns according to the invention, which consists in the fact that it consists of an expansion tube and a jacket encapsulated by an absorbent covering, the channels between them being the channels between the expansion tube and the jacket, the expansion tube being provided with flow-through and the base on which the entire muffler is mounted is provided with rubber washers. An example of a silencer and pressure suppressor made of large-caliber weapons is shown in the drawing, wherein in Fig. 1 a silencer is shown in front view and in Fig. 2 a section is taken along line A-A of Fig. 1.
The contents and cross-section of the expansion tube 1 are substantially greater than the barrel content and cross section. Exhaust gases flowing mainly from the high velocity and pressure at the inlet to the expansion tube 1 due to the change in the aperture and the content expand. Their speed, pressure, impact on the atmosphere and thus the intensity of noise and pressure are reduced. Exhaust gases coming out of the barrel will expand into all open spaces. The highest amount of expansion hits the walls of the expansion tube 1 provided in the damping tube 7 and bounces in the direction of the discharge at the angle of incidence. Expansion and impact on walls will limit the initial velocity and slow down some of the gases flowing directly. The flow of the expanding gases penetrates through the flow openings into the space between the expansion tube 1 and the muffler shell 2 and flows into the atmosphere through the channels between the stiffeners 4. The flow velocity will be lower than in the expansion tube 1, thereby avoiding undesirable resonance of the muffler itself. An anti-vibration coating and wrapping of the damper shell 2 by the absorbent lining 3 and the mounting of the silencer 5 on the rubber pads 6 will also serve this purpose. Also the firing mount will be insulated by the rubber pads from the firing stand. The hinged cover 8, 9 prevents the propagation of sound wines in the reverse direction.
Expansion pipes, flow openings, and ducts achieve reduced initial velocity and more uniform gas flow, resulting in a milder transition to airspace, reduced noise and pressure. The biggest benefit of the silencer will be the reduction of considerable risk, the protection of life and health of participants in weapons testing.
