Prevedenie podl'a vynálezu umožň; je spoíahlivé spojenie hriadela s polyuretanovou vložkou bez použitia lepeného spoja. Uvedeného účinku sa dosiahne tým, že na povrchu hriadela zhotoveného ako výstrek z plastu sú vytvořené aspoň 2 rady pozdížne rozmiestnených výčnelkov tvaru valca alebo komolého kužela tak, že uvedené výčnělky volné zasahujú do vnútorného otvoru polyuretanovej vložky, čím je zabezpečené fixovanie polyuretanové) vložky voči hriadel'u v pozdížnom i priečnom smere.The embodiment according to the invention enables a reliable connection of the shaft with the polyurethane insert without the use of an adhesive joint. Polyuretanový valček, v známom převedení pozostáva z trúbkovej hriadele s nasunutými vrúbkovanými kolieskami, uloženými do protilehlých držiakov. Po opotřebení polyuretanovej vložky, napr. u tepovača kobercov, je túto možno vyměnit za novů tak, že na hriadel sa navlečie polyetylénové puzdro, cez ktoré sa prevlečie polyuretanová vložka. Po vytiahnutí polyetylénového puzdra zostane polyuretanová vložka fixovaná na hriadeli pre dalšie používanie, čo u- možňuje zníženie nákladov u užívatela pri nákupe náhradných dielov. Pokial u známého prevedenia tepovača kobercov sa musí vyměnit celá sada valčekov, pozostávajúca z dvoch postranných držiakov, troch hriadeli s nalepenými polyuretanovými vložkami a šiestich vrúbkovaných koliesok, u prevedenia podlá vynálezu postačí vyměnit’ len tri polyuretanové vložky.
