Abstract
Očelom vynálezu je konstrukčně a výrobně zjednodušit zavesenie zadnej nápravy vozidiel. Zavesenie zadnej nápravy podta vynálezu obsahuje pozdížne rameno, ktoré je jedným koncom spojené s puzdrom kolesovej časti a druhým koncom spojené s priečnym nosníkom, dalej listová pružinu, ktorá je žádnou častou uložená v dutině pozdížneho ramena a prednou častou uložená v strmeni. Horná část je opretá o prlečny nosník. Vynález možno využit najmá pri konštrukčnom riešení a výrobě zadnej nápravy vozidiel, najma motorových.The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and production of the rear axle suspension of vehicles. Vynález sa týká zavesenia zadnej nápravy vozidiel, najma motorových.
Na konstrukčně riešenie zavesenia zadnej nápravy vozidiel sú kladené viaceré, niekedy protichodné požiadavky.: V prvom radě. ide o zabezpečenie správného vedenia a postavenia kolies voči vozovke alebo terénu pre účinné prenásanie hnacích, vodiacich a brzdiacich sil prostredníctvom pneumatik, a to pri různých v prevádzke sa vyskytujúcich zaťaženiach. Ďalej sú to požiadavky na nízké výrobně náklady, minimálnu údržbu, malé neodpružené hmoty, požadovanú světlost, tlmenie vibrácií a podl'a možnosti aj súčiastkovú a technologickú unifikáciu. Důležitou funkciou zavesenia zadnej nápravy je odpruženie. Dnes najužívanejšie odpruženie vinutými pružinami dává velmi dobré výsledky, ale má značnú nevýhodu v tom, že zasahuje do užitočného priestoru vozidla a vyžaduje konštrukciu usporiadať v silovom toku.
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje, připadne značné znižuje, konstrukčně riešenie podlá vynálezu.
Zavesenie zadnej nápravy obsahuje pozdížne rameno, ktoré je jedným koncom spojené s puzdrom kolesovej časti a druhým koncom spojené s priečnym nosníkom, ďalej má lis- tovú pružinu, ktorá je žádnou častou uložená v dutině pozdížneho ramena a prednou častou uložená v strmeni. Horná část listovej pružiny je opretá o priečny nosník.
Hlavnou výhodou konštrukčného usporiadania zavesenia zadnej nápravy podlá vynálezu je, že listová pružina, ktorá zabezpečuje kvalitně odpruženie, nezasahuje do užitočného priestoru a využívá inak nevyužitelná dutinu pozdížneho ramena. Ďalšou výhodou je jednoduchá a lačná výroba, montáž a demontáž a nenáročnost na údržbu.
Na obrázkoch je schématické usporiadanie konkrétného zavesenia zadnej nápravy, kde na obr. 1 je nárys a na obr. 2 půdorys příkladného riešenia.
Zavesenie zadnej nápravy podlá obrázkov obsahuje pozdížne rameno 1, ktoré je jedným koncom spojené s puzdrom 3 kolesovej časti a druhým koncom spojené s priečnym nosníkom 2. Ďalej má listovú pružinu 5, ktorá je žádnou častou uložená v dutině pozdížneho ramena 1 a prednou častou uložená v strmeni 6. Horná část listovej pružiny je opretá o priečny nosník 2. Priečny nosník 2 je otočné uložený v objímkách 4, ktoré sú pevne spojené s pevnou častou karosérie, připadne s rámom vozidla.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the suspension of rear axles of vehicles, especially motor vehicles.
There are a number of, sometimes contradictory, requirements for the rear suspension of the vehicle: In the first row. it is about ensuring the correct guidance and positioning of the wheels against the road or terrain for the efficient transfer of driving, guiding and braking forces through the tires at different loads in service. Furthermore, there are requirements for low production costs, minimal maintenance, small unsprung masses, required brightness, vibration damping and, as far as possible, component and technological unification. An important function of rear suspension is suspension. Today, the most commonly used coil spring cushioning yields very good results, but has the considerable disadvantage of extending into the useful space of the vehicle and requiring the structure to be arranged in a force flow.
The above-mentioned drawbacks are remedied or reduced considerably by the invention.
The rear axle suspension comprises a longitudinal arm which is connected at one end to the wheel housing housing and a second end connected to the transverse beam, further has a compression spring which is in any part disposed in the cavity of the rear arm and mounted in the front part. The upper part of the leaf spring is supported on the transverse beam.
The main advantage of the rear suspension suspension arrangement according to the invention is that the leaf spring, which provides good cushioning, does not interfere with the useful space and utilizes an otherwise unusable longitudinal cavity. Another advantage is simple and fast manufacturing, assembly and disassembly and low maintenance.
In the figures, there is a schematic arrangement of a particular rear axle suspension, wherein in Fig. 1 is a front view and in Fig. 2 a top view of an exemplary solution.
The rear axle suspension includes, in the figures, a longitudinal arm 1, which is connected at one end to the wheel housing 3 and a second end to the transverse beam 2. Further, the leaf spring 5, which is in any part of the cavity of the rear leg 1 and in the front part, is located in the front. the upper part of the leaf spring is supported on the transverse beam 2. The transverse beam 2 is rotatably supported in the sleeves 4, which are fixedly connected to the fixed part of the body, falls with the vehicle frame.
