Abstract
Vynález sa týká uzávěru výtokového hrdla spalovaeej komory parného kotlá, ktorý rieši uzatvorenie výtokového hrdla pomocou hydrauliky. Vynález je z odboru parných kot- lov. Podstatou vynálezu je, že na prednej komoře výparníka je pevne uchytený rám, na ktorom sú kyvné uložené uzatváracie došky ovládané hydraulickými valcami. Vynález je možné využit pri projektovaní parných kotlov, ako i všade tam, kde je potřebné uzatvárať vypúšťacie otvory sypkých hmot a materiálov.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. The invention can be used in the design of steam boilers as well as wherever it is necessary to close the discharge openings of bulk materials and materials.

Vynález sa týká uzávěru výtokového hrdla spalovacej komory parného kotlá, ktorý rieši uzatvorenie výtokového hrdla pomocou hydrauliky. Vynález je z odboru parných kotlov. Podstatou vynálezu je, že na prednej komoře výparníka je pevne uchytený rám, na ktorom sú kyvné uložené uzatváracie došky ovládané hydraulickými valcami.
Vynález je možné využiť pri projektovaní parných kotlov, ako i všade tam, kde je potřebné uzatvárať vypúšťacie otvory sypkých hmót a materiálov.

Odškvarovacie zariadenia v parných kotloch sú doteraz riešené tak, že sú uložené pohyblivo pod výtokovým hrdlom spalOvacej komory kotlá. V případe poruchy odškvarovacieho zariadenia je potřebné odstavit kotol z prevádzky na dobu potrebnú na opravu odškvarovacieho zariadenia. Toto riešenie neumožňuje v případe poruchy odškvarovacieho zariadenia vykonávat opravné práce. Nevýhody tohoto riešenia spočívajú najma v přerušení dodávky elektrickej energie a potažné výroby páry.
Uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje uzávěr podlá vynálezu, ktorého podstata je, že na spodnej komoře výparníka je pevne uchytený rám, na ktorom sú kyvné uložené uzatváracie došky ovládané hydraulickými valcami.
Pokrok dosiahnutý uzáverom podlá vynálezu spočívá v možnosti prevádzkovania parného kotlá· aj v priebehu poruchy na odškvarovacom zariadení a pri jeho opravě. Ďalšou výhodou je, že pri prevádzke kotlá uzávěr slúži na utesnenie spalovacej komory za účelom nevniknutia prebytočného vzduchu. .
Na pripójenom výkrese je znázorněný uzáver podía vynálezu, kde obr. 1 je rez · uzáveru výtokového hrdla spalovacej komory a obr. 2 je hydraulické schéma ovládania uzávěru.
Uzáver výtokového hrdla spalovacej komory kotlá pozostáva z rámu 1, na ktorom sú kyvné uchytené uzatváracie došky 3, ktoré sú ovládané hydraulickými valcami 2, pričom uzatváracie došky 3 sú konstruované tak, že v polohe I zabezpečujú uzavretie výtokového hrdla spalovacej komory pri poruche na odškvarovacom zariadení a v polohe II zabezpečujú utesnenie dna spalovacej komory pri normálnej prevádzke kotlá proti nasávaniu prebytočného vzduchu do spalovacej komory. Konce uzatváracích dosiek sú ponořené pod hladinu chladiacej vody, vynášača škváry. Pohyb uzatváracích dosiek 3,. z polohy I do polohy II a opačné zabezpečujú hydraulické válce 2. Vynález je možné výhodné využiť pri projektovaní parných kotlov s granuláčnou spaÍOvacou komorou, ako i všade tam, kde je potřebné uzatvárať vypúšťacie otvory sypkých hmQt a materiálov.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a closure of a spout of a combustion chamber of a steam boiler which solves the closure of a spout by means of hydraulics.
Removal devices in steam boilers have so far been designed so that they are movably below the outlet port of the boiler combustion chamber. In the event of a defect device failure, it is necessary to shut down the boiler for the time necessary to repair the defroster. This solution does not allow repair work to be carried out in the event of a malfunctioning device failure. The disadvantages of this solution lie mainly in the interruption of the electricity supply and the coating of steam production.
The aforementioned disadvantages are eliminated by the closure according to the invention, which is characterized by the fact that a frame is fixedly fixed to the lower chamber of the evaporator, on which the swinging dock levers controlled by the hydraulic cylinders are mounted.
The progress made by the closure according to the invention lies in the possibility of operating the steam boiler even during the failure of the remover and its repair. Another advantage is that in operation, the boiler closure serves to seal the combustion chamber to prevent excess air from entering. .
In the accompanying drawing, there is shown a closure according to the invention, wherein Fig. 1 is a sectional view of the outlet of the combustion chamber outlet and Fig. 2 is a hydraulic diagram of the closure control.
