Abstract
Vynález rieši vkladanie panelov do kompletizačnej linky. Podstata vynálezu je v tom, že medzi dvoma pevne zakotvenými teleskopickými stípmi nesúcimi část pojazdovej dráhy pre traverzy je vytvořené zo spodného rámu a oporného nosníka ložko pre ukládáme panelov. Premiestňovanie traverz v zvislorn smere sa uskutočňuje pomocou teleskopických stípov. Zariadenie podta vynálezu je možné využit v stavehníctve na vkladanie panelov do kompletizačných liniek.The invention solves the problem of inserting panels into an assembly line. Description
Vynález rieši vkladanie panelov do kompletizačnej linky. Podstata vynálezu je v tom, že medzi dvoma pevne zakotvenými teleskopickými stípmi nesúcimi část pojazdovej dráhy pre traverzy je vytvořené zo spodného rámu a oporného nosníka ložko pre ukladanie panelov. Premiestňovanie traverz v zvislom smere sa uskutočňuje pomocou teleskopických stípov. Zariadenie podía vynálezu je možné využiť v stavebníctve na vkladanie panelov do kompletizačných liniek.

Panely po leh vybratí z formy je potřebné v niektorých prípadoch ešte dokompletizovať farbením a vložením určitých prvkov (okná). Tieto práce sú vykonávané v kompletizačnej linke. Panely po vybratí z formy je potřebné vložit do kompletizačnej linky. Táto móže byť usporiadaná tak, že traverzy, na ktorých sú zavesené panely, postupujú po dráhe od jej začiatku na koniec, pričom pracovníci vykonávajú jednotlivé práce. Hotové panely na konci linky sú zvesené z traverzy a prázdna traverza sa vracia na začiatok linky dráhou, ktorá je umiestnená nad dráhou pre traverzy s panelmi. V súčasnosti ;sa na vkládáme panelov do kompletizačnej linky používá zariadenie s naklápatefnými teleskopickými stípmi umiesínenými na podvozku pohybujúcom sa po osobitných kolajniciách. Nevýhodou tohto zariadenia je jeho komplikovanost.
Podstata vynálezu je v tom, že medzi dvoma pevne zakotvenými teleskopickými stípmi nesúcimi časti pojazdnej dráhy pre traverzy je vytvořené zo spodného rámu a oporného nosníka lóžko pre ukladanie panelov. Výhodou riešenia podfa vynálezu je jednoduchá a rýchla manipulácia s panelmi i 4 s traverzami. Ďalšou výhodou je jednoduchšia konštrukcia, ktorá zaberá menšiu pódorysnú plochu ako póvodné riešenie. Příklad prevedenia vynálezu je znázorněný v bokoryse na obr. 1 a v pódoryse na obr. 2.
Medzi dva teleskopické štípy 1 nesúce časti pojazdnej dráhy 2 pre traverzy 3 sú do lóžka pozostávajúceho zo'spodného rámu 4 a oporného nosníka 5 vložené pomocou žeriava panely 6. Potom sa-výsunů časti pojazdnej dráhy 2 na teleskopických stípoch 1 do výšky hornej dráhy 8 kompletizačnej linky. Na časti pojazdnej dráhy 2' sa presunie traverza 3 z hornej dráhy 8. Po zaistení polohy traverzy 3 sa spustia teleskopické štípy 1 dole do takej výšky, aby bolo možné o , traverzu 3 upevnit panely 6 pomocou kotviacich prvkov. Potom zdvihnú teleskopické štípy 1 časť pojazdnej dráhy 2 na úroveň spodnej dráhy 8 kompletizačnej linky spolu s traverzou 3 a panelmi 6. Traverza 3 sa presunie spolu s panelmi 6 na spodnú dráhu 9 a pokračuje dalej po linke. Panel 7 je už zaradený v linke. O teleskopické štípy 1 móže byť připevněná pracovná plošina 10 umožňujúca pohodlnú prácu obsluhe pri manipulácii s panelmi 6.
Zariadenie podfa vynáfezu je možné využiť v stavebníctve v panelárňach na vkladanie panelov do kompletizačných liniek.

The essence of the invention is that a box for storing the panels is formed between the two fixedly fixed telescopic pillars supporting the traverse path section of the traverse track. An advantage of the solution according to the invention is the simple and fast handling of the panels 4 with traverses. Another advantage is a simpler construction that takes up a smaller podium than a waterproof solution.
