Abstract

Kovová hrazená paleta je určena pro přepravu kůží. Paleta usnadňuje práci při manipulaci se surovinou z masného průmyslu do kožedělných závodů. Výklopné dno palety je na jedné straně uchyceno na pantech a na druhé opatřeno čepy, které při zavřené poloze zapadají do upravených háků, jenž jsou ovládány pákovým mechanismem pro přenos sály. Paletu je možno použít v masném průmyslu pro přepravu čerstvé nsbo krátkodobě konzervované suroviny s. možností využití v různých průmyslových odvětví pro podobné účely s jinými materiály.The metal pallet with a barrier is designed for transporting hides. Kovová hrazená paleta je určena pro přepravu kůží. Paleta usnadňuje práci při manipulaci se surovinou z masného průmyslu do kožedělných závodů. Výklopné dno palety je na jedné straně uchyceno na pantech a na druhé opatřeno čepy, které při zavřené poloze zapadají do upravených háků, jenž jsou ovládány pákovým mechanismem pro přenos sály. Paletu je možno použít v masném průmyslu pro přepravu čerstvé nsbo krátkodobě konzervované suroviny s. možností využití v různých průmyslových odvětví pro podobné účely s jinými materiály.The metal rebated pallet is designed for transporting leather. Při použití hrazené palety s výklopným dnem bez přídavného mechanizmu, na které se prováděly dlouhodobě provozní zkoušky pro přepravu čerstvé a krátkodobě konzervované suroviny, byla velmi složitá manipulace v kožedělných závodech. Po dobu transportu je vyklápěcí dno přidržováno pomocí podpěrky pod dnem palety. Při vykládce v kožedělném závodě musely být k dispozici dva vysokozdvižné vozíky, neboí jedním je paleta podebrána lyžinami pod dnem a převezena na místo určené k vykládce, druhým vysokozdvižným vozíkem je paleta podebrána za horní hrazdy, druhý vozík stále přidržuje dno palety. Při uvolnění sklopného dna jedním z vozíků dojde k vyprázdnění palety. Na základě této skutečnosti předkládáme navržený typ hrazené palety s přídavným mechanizmem, která vyhovuje při vykládce suroviny v jednotlivých kožedělných závodech a zároveň odstraňuje fyzicky namáhavou práci. Při použití navrženého mechanizmu uchopí vysokozdvižný vozík lyžinami paletu za horní úchyty k tomu sloužící a přemístí ji na místo určené, zde provede vykládku pouze obsluha vysokozdvižného vozíku.
