Abstract
Vynález se týká oprav agregátů pro tavení oceli prováděných za horka a je určeno pro hořákové torkretování vyzdívky konvertoru. Cílem vynálezu je zvýšení stability torkretové vrstvy. Směs pro hořákové torkretování vyzdívky konvertorů zahrnuje koks a vápno. Novým je zavedeni stavrolitového koncentrátu do vápenaté směsí při následujícím poměru složek v % hmot. koks 20 až 30 stavrolitový koncentrát 5 až 10 vápno zbytek.The invention relates to repairs of steel smelting units carried out in hot condition and is intended for burner shotcrete of the converter lining. The aim of the invention is to increase the stability of the shotcrete layer. The mixture for burner shotcrete of the converter lining includes coke and lime.
