Abstract

The process retouches the edges of components of wood, chipboard etc., coated with material and particularly as used for furniture components, using a colouring fluid stored in a pressure vessel with filters and valve. The fluid is delivered in sufficient quantity at a pressure of 0.04-0.08 kg/sq. cm. to the edge tobe retouched, and after the fibres of the coating material have been saturated it is drawn off and returned in a closed circuit to the vessel again, where it is separated from the transporting air.
