Abstract

Jedná se o rupování kožešin a jejich dorupování pomocí stříhacího kadeřnického strojku, který je upevněn na podstavci a jeho stříhací hlavička je proti otočnému pracovnímu válečku s opracovanou kožešinou, který je nesen ramenem pákového mechanismu. Tím je umožněno vystřihovat pesíky nad lícem kožešiny za optické kontroly kvality práce. Plynule je možné pomocí nožního pedálu měnit podle potřeby vzdálenost stříhacího ústrojí od kožešiny. Jedná se o rupování kožešin a jejich dorupování pomocí stříhacího kadeřnického strojku, který je upevněn na podstavci a jeho stříhací hlavička je proti otočnému pracovnímu válečku s opracovanou kožešinou, který je nesen ramenem pákového mechanismu. Tím je umožněno vystřihovat pesíky nad lícem kožešiny za optické kontroly kvality práce. Plynule je možné pomocí nožního pedálu měnit podle potřeby vzdálenost stříhacího ústrojí od kožešiny. Vynález se týká rupování kožešin a jejich dorupování. Rupování je technický název speciální operace vytrhávání pesíků kožešin ušlechtilých zvířat. Získá se tak kožešina módního vzhledu a zvýšené trvanlivosti. Kožešinový povrch je pak tvořen jemnými a lesklými chlupy podsady, které mají také obvykle jiný odstín. Nejčastěji se tato operace provádí u kožešin lachtana zvaného seal, bobra a nutrie. Mechanizace této operace nebyla dosud technicky zvládnuta a provádí se ručně. Při rupování nožem a pinzetou se dosahují výkony 1 až 1 kusy denně a při rupování elektrickým kadeřnickým strojkem se stříhací hlavičkou se dosahuje výkonu asi 10 ks za pracovní směnu. Operace je přitom poměrně namáhavá a nelze dobře zabezpečit odsávání uvolněných chlupů vzhledem k charakteru práce. Technicky je dosud vyřešena tato operace jen částečně vytrháváním pesíků, které jsou delší než podsada a další dorupování je nutné provádět ručně. V současné době se tato operace provádí v ČSSR především u kožešin nutrií. Rupuje se pouze v omezeném rozsahu vzhledem k potřebě velkého počtu pracovníků. Mechanizace odstranění pesíků je technicky vyřešena u králičin, které imitují rapované bobry, nutrie a sealy. Byly k tomu vyvinuty tzv. epilovací stroje, které však u nutrií, bobrů a sealů nejsou použitelné z důvodu odlišného charakteru pesíků.The invention relates to the fur rupture and rupture thereof. The mechanization of the hair removal is technically solved in rabbits that imitate rappers, nutria and sealy. We have developed so-called epilating machines, which, however, in nutria, beavers and seals are not usable because of the different nature of the dog.
