Description
Vynález se týká způsobu výroby velkoplošných tvarově složitých povrchů, zejména reliéfů, zhotovených galvanoplastickým způsobem.The invention relates to a process for the production of large-area shaped surfaces, in particular reliefs, produced by a galvanoplastic method.
Kovové reliéfy se doposud vyrábějí tím způsobem, že originál reliéfu, zhotovený z nekovového materiálu, slouží ke zhotovení pískové formy, do které se odlévá kov. Tím se vytvoří kovový originál reliéfu. Zhotovení pískových forem je časově velmi náročné a nákladné. Odlitky reliéfu se musí čistit od zbytku písku, případně se leští, patinují apod. Složité reliéfy lze zhotovit i galvanoplastickou cestou a to tak, že z originálu se zhotoví forma z plastů, popřípadě silikonového kaučuku. Funkční část se zvodiví a opatří vrstvou elektrolyticky vyloučeného kovu. Touto metodou nelze doposud ekonomicky vyrábět složité reliéfy o velikých rozměrech, protože zpravidla již během elektrolytického vylučování kovů dochází k jeho deformaci v důsledku pnutí ve vylučované vrstvě a tím i k znehodnocení výrobku.Metal reliefs have so far been produced in such a way that the original relief, made of non-metallic material, serves to produce a sand mold into which metal is cast. Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje způsob podle vynálezu, určený pro výrobu velkoplošných tvarově složitých povrchů, vhodných zejména pro výrobu reliéfů, znaků apod. galvanoplastickou cestou. Po vyloučení 3 ^m vrstvy niklu byl originál vyjmut z niklovací lázně, opláchnut vodou a ponořen do kyselého mědícího elektrolytu o složení: 260 g/1 síranu měďnatého, 60 g/1 kyseliny sírové a 5 cm3 leskutvorné přísady. Teplota lázně činila 35 °C, proudová hustota 3 A/dm2. Po nánosu 3jtm měděné vrstvy byl originál vyjmut z lázně, opláchnut vodou a zavěšen znovu do niklovací lázně. Střídavé pokovování se za stejných podmínek opakovalo celkem třikrát. Po posledním pokovení se originál opláchl, osušil a konečný výrobek se vzhledově upravil.
