Vynález ea týká zariadenia určeného pre vytváranie omietkových vrstiev na stavebných panelooh v horízontálnej výrobnej polohe.
Vynález rieši technický problém dávkovania omletkovej zmesi vo vrstvě, podía usporiadania panelov na podložke, zohíadnujúo vytváranie otvorov v paneloch, ako sú obloky a dveře s eventuálnou možnoeťou programovania.
Podstatou vynálezu Je opatrenie dávkovacieho valca omletkovej zmesi priečnymi kruhovými výstupkami, pre oddelenle jednotlivých častí zásobníka omletkovej zmesi, pričom pozdížný výstupný otvor zásobníku omletkovej zmesi je opatřený segmentovými uzávěrami, jednotlivo ovládatelnými pomocou silových valcov pre dávkovanie omietkových zmesi.

The plaster composition dispensing device according to the invention is intended to form plaster layers on the building panels and to provide plaster dosing according to the arrangement of the panels and the substrate, with eventual programming possibility.
Up to now known devices do not make plaster layers on stick panels equipped with a smooth rotating roller and a segmented closure, which has rendered the plaster layer over the entire width of the rotating roller, while respecting the layout of the individual panels on the backing, or creating openings in the panel such as walls and doors.
The above mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the plaster mixing device, the principle being that the plastering dispensing roller is provided with transverse circular cleats for separating the individual portions of the plaster mixture reservoir, and the plaster mixture reservoir longitudinal outlet opening is provided with segmental closures which can be controlled by force cylinders. plaster mixture dosing
