Abstract
Predmetom vynálezu je podvozok s nízko položeným ťažiskom, najma pre pásovévozidlá pohybujúce sa v teréne,majúci za účel dosiahnuťvysokú stabilitu vozidla v pozdížnom aj priečnom smere. i Uvedenému účelu sa doteraz prispósobujú btovné i konštrukčné parametre, ako šířka, dížka a najma světlá výška podvozka. Aby sadosiahlamáxňnálna stabilita vozidla musí sa zváčšiť jeho sítka acňžíta v styku s terénom a znížiť světlá výšká na úkor priechodnosti. Tieto nedostatky a nutný kompromis v riešení odstraňuje podvozok s nízko položeným ťažiskom podlá vynálezu, kteréhopodstata spočívá vtom, že celý pohonný blok sa členína dva samostatné celky umiestnené čo najnižšie, v priestore obmedzenom hnacími pásmi podvozka. Výhoda takéhoto riešenia je tá, že světlá výška podvozka nie je obmedzená, rozměry určujúce stabilitu netřeba zváčšovať, plošina podvozka je volná a umožňuje optimálně i a účelné rozmiestnenie častí nadstavby. I Na pripojenom výkrese je znázorněnýpodvozok j s nízko položeným ťažiskom podlá vynálezu a jeho jednotlivé funkčně časti. Na obr. 1 je znázorněný pohlaď na podvozok zboku, na obr. 2 je znázorněný pohíad na podvozok spředu, pričom favý pásje vpředu odkrytý, aby umožnil pohíad na hnací ! blok. Podvozek s nízko položeným ťažiskom podlá vynáfezwsa skládá z lavého hnacieho bloka 1 vloženého v 1’avom ráme 2 pohonu ženúceho lavý pás 3 a pravého hnacieho bloka 4 vloženého v pravom ráme 5 pohonu ženúceho pravý pás 6. Rámy pohonu sú připojené k plpžine 7 podvozku a to pevne, alebo pohyblivo, podlá toho, či sa žiada odpruženie plošiny, alebo nie. Plošina tvoříspojovací prvok oboch samostatnýchpohonných blokov a slúži ako základňa pre montáž účelovéj nadstavby (valník, navíjak, atd’.). Směrové riaaěnie podvozku sa uskutočňuje rozdielom otáčok pohonov, priamy směr pohybu podvozku nastáva v případe rovnakého počtu otáčok oboch pohonov. The advantage of such a solution is that the ground clearance of the chassis is not limited, the dimensions determining stability do not need to be increased, the platform of the chassis is free and allows optimal and purposeful distribution of parts of the superstructure. Fig. 1 shows a side view of the chassis, Fig. 2 shows a front view of the chassis with the front fascia exposed to allow a view of the drive ! block.
